We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThis was a real surprise - a hidden gem on the moors - as it is owned by a Nepalese family and run by staff from the same country. So the curry and dishes on offer cooked by the chef from the region are quite simply superb. I was personally impressed and wish them all the best with this endeavour to remain outside the corporate hospitality culture.

United KingdomNothing, all good.! I’d say if you drive to the hotel, stay on the main roads & sub-main roads… ignore any instructions from your sat-nav to divert down the local country lanes, they’re very narrow & have many potholes.
Very quiet area, decent car-park, good en-suite, a warm welcome from the staff… the hotel in general is quite quirky in terms of decor, but very comfortable and clean.

Excellent food, both dinner and breakfast were first class. Beautiful views from both front and back of the building. Amble parking. Good wi-fi. Very clean. Very welcoming staff who go above and beyond.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our purpose, the food was very good,(best packed lunch we’ve ever had!), and the staff were fantastic; nothing was too much trouble; very helpful and friendly. A special mention for Sunil Kadariya, who was exceptional.

United KingdomThis isn't a criticism of the hotel just a personal preference. I like some background news or music at breakfast. the dining room was so quiet I think it would be good to have something on. Again, that's more a personal preference.
I only had breakfast. The chef and manage were super friendly and efficient. I ordered breakfast when I checked in. Not many hotels cook an omelette so it's always good when I have one. Friendly service and nice atmosphere.
