Because it was 2 male friends sharing an apartment one of us was on the settee and even though there's 2 settees they arent big enough. It would have been nice to have a sofa bed.

I did not like that we didn't know what actual unit we would get as the site just posts a bunch of shared photos. I was happy with ours but I have no idea how many or how similar they are. The bed was not that comfortable, and we had issues with the check-in process (received emails multiple times, had to resend documents, check-in process is ONLY sent at check-in time), that process could improve, it's very clunky. Kitchen supplies are lacking, bare minimum supplies are offered - one dishwasher tab, one or two plates/utensils, etc. Knives but no cutting board, some cost cutting measures were noticeable. Right beside a pub that gets very busy weeknight evenings, it was very loud between 4pm-10pm. Also right on a major traffic thoroughfare.

This apartment was on the first floor in a cosy old section around the Monument. There are a few fast food places (to go type food) and some smaller grocery stores close - and Leadenhall market is 10 minutes away. (Hagen, top notch coffee). Location is just off the business heart of Central London, not necessarily a family area but a great place to stay. Pricing was fair for the stay. Our unit was quite nice, recently renovated kitchen and it's very spacious, bright and open. Had some form of climate control to cool the apartment what was nice on a surprisingly warm spring. (Huge windows and faces south, so get's warm in the afternoon/evening).

The second bedroom had no curtains or blinds so this meant my work colleague was in an overlooked room to sleep in + woken early etc. The room should have curtains!

Being a space designated for tourists, they should pay attention to the detail of the electricity sockets, as they should be adapted to another model in addition to the English electrical socket model. When booking the room it showed an external view, but after the purchase they already have an internal view.

The location is very good. The spacious studio has practically everything we need to stay a few days, even to cook.

No channels available on the TV. DVD Player without a lead to plug into the TV. Only 1 mug, with 4 small coffee cups. Fridge had a very strong smell of sour milk.

Location is excellent. Presentation of the apartment is fantastic. Very comfy beds. Easy to access the property, good communication throughout the booking process.

I feel I’m being watched. All the time. Even when in apartment. I understand you are protecting your properties but signage indicating there is hidden cctv cameras does cross over into creepy. No Wi-Fi and mobile signal was poor.

The shower door didn’t close properly so allowed some water to escape. Oven gloves and a tea towel to dry dishes would be nice.

It felt homely, spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, with instructions on how to use the appliances. Instructions on how to access the property were easy to follow, and the heated floor in the bathroom was nice.

the apartment was really great. the only thing that felt a bit strange was the very small number of utensils and other amenities (1glass. two spoons. two knives.. etc.). probably to enforce a strict no-parties policy, but we felt was a bit uncomfortable.

An entire lack of staff presence visible in the property was not necessarily an issue for me in this stay, but no clarity on how quickly I could be attended to if something was required was a slight concern. The only other part of the process which left me feeling slightly unsure was there was one instruction for check out before my stay and then a subsequent instruction on the morning of my exit which I missed because I was in work meetings for the full day. If there are specific instructions for the process of check in and check out I believe they should be made clear upfront to avoid the instructions being missed. My reason for not recommending female friends is the lack of staff presence in the accommodation and the nature of the layout, when I described this to my female colleagues they both said that this would not make them feel comfortable on their own.

Everything about the facility itself was excellent. It was a very spacious living area, very clean and high quality linens etc. Some of the technology was a little dated but this was not a major concern of mine. The communication up to check in was excellent and very clear and the process made my booking, and therefore me, feel very secure in the accommodation.

The property I got sent to was not the one I booked. I specifically booked accommodation near Monument as was meeting friends and family at a local restaurant. I walked from Liverpool Street station and when I was 5 mins away, I called them to let them know I would be arriving very shortly, only to be told that I’m not staying there and I now need to go to St Paul’s cathedral (just over a mile from where I was). The apartment was not the one I booked nor in the area I booked it so overall not very happy with the process and I had to call them to find this out !!!!!

The stay was in a really nice location. Metro and bus nearby. Also cafes like starbucks and rooftops. The room was pleasant and clean. Whole kitchen for cooking purposes.
