The hosts were so accommodating and even though we got in late and our car broke down the next morning they were so helpful and supportive. Room was super clean and breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The room was a little dark, when the skylight blind was down, so a pole to open and close the blind would be a great advantage.

The views from the house were fantastic and the situation was perfect for exploring the East Neuk of Fife.

For people allergic to house mite dust or mold, I would be cautios with this B&B, as I had some severe problems during the night, probably due to old furniture/bedding/mold. It also smelled badly in the room. The bathroom was rather old (and toilet seems loose).

The view during breakfast and also sleeping room is beautiful. A delicious and home made scottish breakfast with fresh fruits was served - one of the best in Scotland we had. The room is spacious and offered very good coffee and nice cookies.

    Nothing to dislike.

The owners, Duncan and Linda, made us very welcome and our room was spotless with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent. I had the full english while my wife, being vegetarian, was able to have yoghurt with fresh fruit and toast.

The Hosts were brilliant, the room was excellent, and so was the breakfast. there was loads of parking and the view over from the breakfast room was amazing. There was a pub just a short walk down the road which served good food which was perfect for a evening meal, be sure to book in advance as it gets busy.

    Nothing to fault.

The hosts were lovely and made sure that we were comfortable and had all we needed during our stay. The breakfast was cooked perfectly and included our own choice of eggs and vegetarian sausages. This was great. Being vegetarian it is rare to be considered, so we really appreciated this. Thank you for this and also to say the filter coffee bags in the room and shortbread were a lovely treat! The location was beautiful and within walking distance to lower Largo. The view from the restaurant/breakfast area was stunning as it looked out onto the sea and the surrounding greenery. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious. If we are back in this area for a break, we will definitely look to stay here again. Many thanks for making us feel so welcome. L & E

This was a real find. Location was out of town, but very accessible. Breakfast/dining room with an exceptional view. Everything extremely fresh and excellent choice. We were even able to take up the opportunity of a free shuttle bus from a local hotel to and from our location.

Room and bathroom were a little small but was comfortable .

Duncan and Linda were great hosts. Very attentive to our needs. Breakfast was superb with fresh fruit and yogurt every morning and a full Scottish breakfast. The location was awesome overlooking the bay and great scenery—only a 9-mile drive to St Andrew's. The drive along the coast road to St Andrew's was enjoyable, and we were able to visit the small fishing villages along the coast.

The slippery shower, but had we asked, a mat would have been provided!

The house is beautifully situated, overlooking the Firth of Forth, and the dining-room has a panoramic view. Our lovely room was large and the bed very comfortable. Lots of storage space. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was all one could wish for. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday!

Breakfast was great and the dining room has superb views over the Firth of Forth. Linda was extremely helpful and quality of the food was excellent. Our room too had good views. Don't be put off by the approach to the property or first impressions from outside, It really is a case of 'do not judge a book by it's cover'. Highly recommended and a return visit for us is a must.
