From the pre arrival communication to every part of our stay here, everything was amazing. Debbie was super helpful with anything we needed - prompt to respond and on point with everything (not that we needed much!, just clarity on a couple of things). The council decided to carry out some maintenance works in the road during our stay meaning we had to move our car, Debbie dealt with this really well and organised for us to park in the community centre 2 buildings down - amazingly helpful! The apartment itself is so well appointed and really comfortable. Very quiet location but very accessible - we walked into town in half an hour or so, loads of transport links around as well. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was compact but the shower worked really well. The kitchen has everything you need and I cooked a couple of times with no issue at all. The garden area is a really nice advantage - weather permitting of course!

Excellent central location for uni, city and hospital. Tram stop approx 5 mins walk away. Flat had everything you need and was clean and tidy. Host was really helpful and quickly sorted out the small problem we had.

Nothing really. It's not a luxury property but it isn't billed as one.

When we were arrived, I was worried that the apartment would be noisy since it was quite close to two major roads, but it was quite and the location was very good for transport as well as the hospital or the university campus. One of the best things about this property, though, was the little things that are often overlooked in a rental. Pegs to hang your coat, enough storage space for your wash bag in the toilet, etc. I've stayed at enough rentals to know that these things are often overlooked.

There isn't anything we didn't like. The only constructive criticism we can provide is that it would be nice for the dining table to be able to seat 6 as the apartment sleeps 6. Although understand that it may take up too much room. Maybe an extendable table and fold up chairs.

Everything. The communication was great. Any problems or questions we had were resolved and answered almost immediately. Debbie has been a great host. The apartment is lovely. Very nice and clean. Great location for the city centre. And although next to a busy road, it's still nice and quiet. Handy being close to the tram also!! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

There were only 4 dining chairs but we booked for 5 and there weren't enough towels. Also the oven wasn't working.

The apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished / decorated. Shower very good.

After a long 5/6 hour drive, the house could have been better numbered to make it easier to find, as finding it caused a bit of confusion for ourselves and also a nearby neighbour who tried to help us find 31B. Perhaps numbers on the gate? :-)

Lovely location and even lovelier home. Our dogs rarely settle anywhere that’s not home, but they too loved returning here after their walks.
