Just needed to clean the table which had all sticky stuff on it but easily wiped off

It was really great location, comfy bed and lots of space in the apartment. The bedside table was all sticky but I just cleaned it myself. Breakfast is a bit poor and probably wouldn't book breakfast again but would definitely stay here again for location.

The skylight directly above the bed has a slatted blind across it but it doesn't really keep the light out so that kept me awake.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, super clean, lots of nice little freebies, and fabulous location just a 5 minute walk from King's Cross.

I just dont like those small toilet/shower rooms with frosted glass all round!!!

Fantastic ,location, convenient for major stations and underground. Lovely contemporary design, modern and unusual. The room was quiet and comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very helpful and exceptionally friendly. Has a genuine 24hr reception .

Loved the hotel beautifully decorated, the staff are warm and friendly. The room was lovely my only small issue is I was hoping the balcony would be a bit nicer than it was, it was basic. But other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

The reception staff were great on our arrival and said welcome back as it was my 3rd stay but sadly didn’t even ask us if we had enjoyed ourselves or was everything ok with our room when we checked out just took the key & said that’s it then - disappointing service.

Thought £15 for a continental breakfast a bit expensive.

Very clean and comfortable, in quiet location but close to mainline station. Lovely decoration. Great having complimentary tea and coffee and bar snacks in bedroom and lounge.

Beware that a “tiny double” really is tiny! There are some nice touches in the room but also some design faults. For example you need to place the kettle on the floor to plug it in. Also the bathroom is an odd set up: the glass between the toilet and bed is only semi opaque, and due to the layout, this really offers little privacy. The bed is a very small double too.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the free round of drinks was a lovely gesture when they realised we were celebrating a birthday. The lounge area is very nice.

I really didn’t care for the bathroom in the room for a couple reasons. Instead of a wall as a barrier between the bathroom and room, there is a textured glass that - for the most part - you can’t see between. But if the lights in the room are out at night and you just turn the bathroom light on, you can see in it a bit. I also really didn’t like the toilets - they are the kind that just come out of the wall rather than have a base and they were high up. I’m a 5’7” (so, not particularly short), plus size woman and I couldn’t comfortably sit on the toilet with my feet flat on the floor… I had to be on my tiptoes while using the toilet, which wasn’t super comfortable.

The property is clean and decorated nicely with a cozy aesthetic! The bar is really beautiful too. And, the French gentleman at the front desk was super lovely.

It was far too warm in the room. It was very mild for the time of year, but it felt like the heating was turned up too high.

Great little hotel close to Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross stations. Staff were really nice, rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was beautiful but tight to manage two big luggages. The shower flooded easily the room if you used the big showerhead.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and attention driven. It was so easy to transit from airports to hotel and then back because the hotel is so close to King's Cross. There is a lot of variety of food close by, and getting to any point in London via King's Cross is a no brainer. Complimentary breakfast and coffee tasted great.

The room had a damp/unclean smell and the flex for the kettle was not long enough to reach the socket so it had to be placed on the floor to be used. The staff were surly and the room was very expensive - not good value for money.
