Great rooms with everything you may need all neatly and well designed…the Dyson hairdryer and straighteners were a nice touch. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we had a great meal in the Dinner.

The little that was on offer in the reception bar area was very expensive. For example £5 for a pack of 10 shortbread biscuits. Yes they were very nice and suited my purpose of taking a couple of pills but excessively expensive. Also at the bar neither of my drink preferences were available. Anything purchased either in the.hotel or diner had to be paid for instantly and could not be charged to the room.

Location, cleanliness and friendly accommodating staff. We were allocated a second floor room but receptionist offered to move us to a ground floor room without us having to ask which was brilliant. Free tea and coffee in reception.

The service at the bar was really slow, it took 30 mins to get a drink. We had time though. She could have let is know and it would have been fine.

Not sure about no kettles in rooms with 'hot' /'iced' water dispenser in the corridors. Too much forward planning required early in the morning when all I want is tea

Like so many hotels of this type located on the edge of an industrial area, however, the chic American marketing and fashion have made it an obvious go-to venue. Bold brash colours, slick service and eye-catching displays coupled with slick service make check-in /check out almost pleasant. Modern room decor, wood floors and minimalist furniture all add to the ambience Attached 'Diner' well worth a visit. Cold beer & good steaks

The room was an amazing size and was very clean, The bed was really comfortable. And the TV had your name customised on the screen, it was very welcoming, all the staff were lovely and helpful.

We had trouble with the aircon randomly shutting off a couple of the nights so we kept waking through the night, but overall it was a good experience and we would stay again.

We loved the tea and coffee that were always out and available as well as the water filling stations. The bed was comfy and the ambiance was great. I liked having the blow dryer and straightener available near the sink. Parking was ample and Molly's Diner was just next door and had great food choices.

No kettle in room , when travelling alone do not want to go out into corridor for a hot water tap. Reception coffee was cold even when a fresh pot was made . Mattress was not too comfortable not the best night sleep . I would not choose to use the dinner again limited main meal choice

Hand towel rail needed by the sink. Really disliked the sheet on the mattress, it wasnt a fitted one with elasticated corners so it didn't fit properly and didn't cover the mattress fully which made it feel unhygienic. Our toilet door didn't lock and the extractor fan in the shower wasn't working. The duvet was very thick, not season appropriate so we didn't sleep well, we were too hot. Although a communal hot tap in the hallway is a good idea, it isn't when it is outside your room and you are disturbed by people talking directly outside your door whilst using it.

Aesthetic of the place was nice. Staff were engaged and friendly. Diner was nice with good food. Location was an ideal place to start exploring Bristol if you have a car. Room was clean.

We saw young staff being treated badly by customers (i.e., one was checking in at 8am and trying to avoid paying for the night they'd booked and not shown up for, but still use the room). The staff seemed too intimidated to challenge. More support needed for them. The room and bed were comfy, but I wish I'd taken my own pillow.

The motel and diner design. Comfortable rooms. Drinking water hot and cold instantly available in the corridor and reception. Complimentary filter coffee and tea are always available in the reception. Friendly staff. Great food at the Diner.
