We had trouble with the aircon randomly shutting off a couple of the nights so we kept waking through the night, but overall it was a good experience and we would stay again.

We loved the tea and coffee that were always out and available as well as the water filling stations. The bed was comfy and the ambiance was great. I liked having the blow dryer and straightener available near the sink. Parking was ample and Molly's Diner was just next door and had great food choices.

No kettle in room , when travelling alone do not want to go out into corridor for a hot water tap. Reception coffee was cold even when a fresh pot was made . Mattress was not too comfortable not the best night sleep . I would not choose to use the dinner again limited main meal choice

Hand towel rail needed by the sink. Really disliked the sheet on the mattress, it wasnt a fitted one with elasticated corners so it didn't fit properly and didn't cover the mattress fully which made it feel unhygienic. Our toilet door didn't lock and the extractor fan in the shower wasn't working. The duvet was very thick, not season appropriate so we didn't sleep well, we were too hot. Although a communal hot tap in the hallway is a good idea, it isn't when it is outside your room and you are disturbed by people talking directly outside your door whilst using it.

Aesthetic of the place was nice. Staff were engaged and friendly. Diner was nice with good food. Location was an ideal place to start exploring Bristol if you have a car. Room was clean.

We saw young staff being treated badly by customers (i.e., one was checking in at 8am and trying to avoid paying for the night they'd booked and not shown up for, but still use the room). The staff seemed too intimidated to challenge. More support needed for them. The room and bed were comfy, but I wish I'd taken my own pillow.

The motel and diner design. Comfortable rooms. Drinking water hot and cold instantly available in the corridor and reception. Complimentary filter coffee and tea are always available in the reception. Friendly staff. Great food at the Diner.

Room walls are thin, there was a night where we could hear the entire conversation from the next room.

Great customer service. Faulty door in 1 room resulted in staff providing a replacement in the form of 2 rooms without additional charge.

Pillows, too soft, would have preferred a choice of a firmer one . Would like a kettle in the room or a jug to get hot water. It's not easy carrying 2 cups of hot coffee up and down the corridor We felt like we were drinking in a library in the bar . We thought the diner was very overpriced, but the front of house was great.

The motel was lovely, the decor was great . Comfortable bed but not pillows and nice and clean. nice welcome.

breakfast. how can it be called a full English breakfast in an American diner that doesn't have marmalade or jam!! False advertising I think... Yes it maybe an American diner which I get the concept but don't serve a full English breakfast with nothing to have on your toast!!
