Dawn and Mark's b&B is probably one of the best b&b's we have every stayed in. We slept very well and breakfast was really tasty. Dawn and Mark are a lovely couple who go the extra mile to make everything comfortable. We requested blankets rather than a quilt, no problem. We asked for non dairy milk/margerine (one of us is vegan), no problem. Even providing plant based biscuits and non dairy milk in the bedroom, a really nice touch not encountered anywhere else we've stayed. Thank you so much for a really enjoyable stay.

The B and B is in a central location. The hosts are very welcoming. The accommodation is very clean and has everything required. The millionaire’s shortbread given on arrival was a lovely touch. There is a good choice for breakfast and the hot food is freshly cooked.

A grab handle in the bath would have been appreciated (our instability problem).

We had a ground floor room that was ideal for us. The bath/shower was a good. Very well located in the village centre, and the host recommended an excellent dining place.

Parking could be difficult - we were lucky to get space outside. Not necessarily a problem as plenty of parking nearby but we had a dog crate etc to unload.

No garden for the dog but there's a huge open space three minutes' walk away.

Good location. Cup of tea on arrival after a fraught journey. Great breakfast. I recommend the pancakes and berries.

Mark and Dawn were great 😀😀 Dawn is a great cook and the free home made cake she gave us was really nice!! The breakfast was really hot and kept hot!! If want somewhere to stay in Moffat this place will do you fine

The friendly welcome! Dawn and Mark were perfect hosts. Our room was lovely! Once we had settled into our room, we had a delivery of homemade chocolate shortbread which was amazing along with tea. Breakfast was also beautiful! Excellent location, lovely clean environment, comfy bed, great shower - a very relaxing break! Would not hesitate to recommend this b&b! Not forgetting Daisy and Smoky Joe who are adorable! Hope to return in the near future!

The couple who run this B and B are friendly inviting and couldn’t do enough for you. The also have a wealth of knowledge about the area which helped us plan our stay. The dog and cat are really cute as well 😃

Mark and Dawn were very welcoming and greeted us with a drink while completing the information for the booking. Went over and above the service they provided. Friendly with lots of local knowledge on places to eat & drink. Availability of packed lunch and Dawns homemade jams and chutneys

Parking could be a problem if the town was very busy.

There was a good choice for breakfast, the food was excellent and the dining room was very pleasant. We were able to order a packed lunch which proved to be good value, although we probably didn't need it after the large breakfast! Tea and cakes on arrival was appreciated.
