Ease of commuting, very near to the petrol station and superstore. Owner is a soft spoken, helpful person. 5 parking lots. Equipped shared kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Small green lawn area with sit out and BBQ facility.

Very sqeeky noisy bouncy bed Needs to be a quiet rule as its a house share with lots of people it was noisy with people using washing machine and dryer in the night at 12 so I had to go and switch it off... Doors bang too so maybe something in the frame to stop this.. Otherwise a good stay... Maybe a fan in room as its groumd floor and didnt want to open the big windows as no safety locks.

The mattress was to soft my body but this is not necessary a drawback of the room. It was not just fine for myself. For the rest of the people maybe it's fine.

The cleanliness of the kitchen, especially the cooking area. It was shocking. Although the utensils were new, they were rarely clean. We had to clean them thoroughly before cooking too. The surface of the cooking area was so greasy, it was also covered in white spots (maybe calcite deposits). One of the refrigerator stank, the one on the left.

The rooms were perfect, bathroom could've been a bit better but overall okay. Ample storage spaces. Clean room. The quality of utensils and the modernity of the kitchen.

The property was better than expected, the cleanliness of the rooms and social area were very good, ant the host cannot do enough for you making sure you are comfortable and happy with your stay. I have now stayed here multiple times and would definitely recommend.

It’s just a little bit of an odd set up. Accessing the key is a bit of a faff too. Instructions tell you the code for the gate which was never locked so not needed and that you have to come back out the front of the house and go through the front door through the lounge and kitchen to get to the garden to get to your room. When there is a door to the garden no more than a couple of metres from the lockboxes that was always open and meant you didn’t actually need to go through the house at all, just go through the gate, which was better as you didn’t interrupt anyone.

It was a great location for us. Free parking was a plus too. It was clean, heater worked well and had what we needed as we didn’t spend much time there. We didn’t use the main house and the other facilities however we could see other people using them.

The only thing I wish it had was a kettle in the room, the building had a communal kitchen but sometimes it nice to have the option to make a cuppa from your room.

Location was brill for us, and the fact it had parking, room was a good size and well presented and bed was comfy. Shower was a good size and had towels provided. Key system also worked well.

The ensuite bathroom was a little cramped and the cookers in the kitchen needed a clean.

A great budget option for Cambridge. Room was lovely and clean and fresh with a decent sized TV. The shared kitchen was very well equipped and a nice place to meet other residents.

Large room with double bed, desk, chair, plenty of accessible plugs, lovely shower. Sloping ceiling on one side of the room but I was informed about this in advance. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery and is very clean. Really good off street parking and clear instructions sent in advance about how to access the property.

Small room without a chair/desk. No mirror for shaving. Noisy: can easily hear adjacent rooms and communal area.

Clean and great condition. Comfortable bed and basic facilities. Great shower and plenty of hot water. Good shared facilities. Fabulous bonus having off road parking. Quiet location with plenty within walking distance.

Shower didn’t drain fast so had to have quick showers or it would fill up.

The location was close to bus for getting into town. The room was decent size and it was great having access to the amenities and yard.
