There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing I would recommend is new mattresses, they were a little springy.

Lovely apartment which was nice and clean. Had everything we needed plus a few added extras, shower gel, shampoo, tea bags etc. We went to bingly festival which was a 20 minute drive, there were plenty of shops around the apartment.

The velux windows in the bedrooms didn't have blinds when we arrived so they let lots of light in from 5am in the morning. We contacted the host and they got it sorted for us straight away. The lift in the building was out of use so it meant we had to go up 7 flights of stairs with luggage. My elderly parents and children struggled. The lift I believe is nothing to do with the apartment owners.

The size of the apartment was good, host was very helpful. Lots of parking outside. The apartment had everything we needed. There is a Retail park just opposite so you can go pick up anything you need. On the whole, a great place to stay and reasonably priced.

It was hot and stuffy and could have done with a fan but that's literally it.

The apartment was decorated with style and quite large, plenty of room for us to relax. There are a variety of shops nearby and it’s not far to the city centre and restaurants

There should be a double bed and some solution for hanging the clothes. Should be there some more crockery. It wasn't enough for 8 person. I don't like Parking on the street. Nothing happened but I was worried about my van of scratches or breaking of glass.

Best Location, good cleaning, enough space, good friendly staff and fast communication with host. Love to stay again

SCAMMED!! READ BELOW I booked this apartment online and at first was happy with everything , everything seemed fine had a great night left the apartment in a very good condition, when leaving the apartment we put the key in the correct designated safe and also had 5 witness to this, unfortunately the scamming owner of the apartment had lied and said the key was missing and his cleaners could not find it even though we 100 percent put the key back in the correct safe before we left. This is the owners tactic to keep the deposit when I told him to check the cameras he said there are no cameras outside where you put the key, so you guys will have no evidence to say you did put key back. please ensure you record yourself putting the key in safe ensure you have the date and time aswell for your safety, also record the apartment condition when leaving so you can prove you left it cleaned, you must do these simple stuff for your safety, you must do these to avoid getting your deposit taken by this scammer and his scamming cleaners a bunch of absolute scammers really disappointing will not be booking again. I hope no one else falls for this trick please be careful guys.this is a learning curve for me aswell.

The lift was broken and when you have two babies with all their stuff it was not nice to go up so many flights. This is not the owners fault but judging by the previous reviews it seems like the lift is out of order constantly. Not ideal at all for a family more for a group of friends constant music and noise all night till early morning. Beds and sofa bed not comfortable at all, no one got a proper sleep. The dining chairs were not clean at all. The smell at the landing also through the hallway to the room was absolutely horrendous.

taking stairs of 3 stories with infant, my mother who did knee surgery recently and all the luggage for 6 people is not the best thing I wanted in a holiday. From the security, he said the lift will not work most of the times...eventhough its not the responsibility of the host, it's not something I was expecting until I reach there. The single beds on both rooms has different height so it's not possible for us to put it together and sleep...not to mention the sofa bed on the first floor is the worst comfortable one I ever slept. the beds were not clean as well. So overall disappointed.

Basic amenities provided was much appreciated.
