Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The themed room looked amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast provided went well beyond expectations. Whole experience was great and convenient. Extremely good value for money.

Room very well equipped with microwave, fridge, hair dryer, toiletries… Best surprise was breakfast in the fridge. We had a lovely breakfast left for us which included croissants, cappuccino mix, muesli, yogurt, cheese, smoked salmon orange juice, etc. It was really, really thoughtful and even more special than just going to a breakfast room. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mirador, it made me feel at home. The room had everything needed and was very comfortable. The breakfast left in the fridge was of very good quality and variety. Communication with the host was excellent through messages, with suggestions of places to visit and how to get there, including the restaurant suggestion for dinner was great.

We absolutely loved the Mirador! We stayed in the Venetian suite. Beautiful decor & spotlessly clean. The beautifully illustrated ceiling & marble effect flooring felt purely luxurious. Lovely attention to the little details like the box of tissues, bath bombs & salts for the incredible in room bath! The room has 2 decent fans that made a very warm night no issue at all. Breakfast was provided in the little fridge in the room. There was a selection of deli meats & cheeses, smoked salmon, yoghurt, pastries, fruit, cereal, etc. Perfect location. Walking distance to all the best bars (even in heels). The beach is also walkable, but with flatter shoes or £4.30 in an Uber. Communication from the hosts was great. I can't wait to visit again next time I have an opportunity to spoil myself.

Owners very responsive to any issues we had and in one occasion we had to call at 4am because we couldn't get the shower to turn, so they came to our room to help us so late at night. Cannot give the Mirador any higher praise, truly incredible place to stay in Swansea.
