Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It’s conveniently located in nice grounds . We’ve stayed a few times now and the standard of food for dinner in the restaurant had definitely improved.

United KingdomThe bed was a bit a bit too firm for me. I have a back issue and normally sleep on a less hard bed. We were in the annexe concrete block and could hear everything going on in the other rooms. Bathroom sounds, TV sounds and people just walking around. No car charging points. Restaurant menu a bit limited for choice. Wine bottle opened before it was brought to us.
All the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the facilities excellent. Easy to park close to our room. Lifts available as well as stairs. Well ventilated everywhere.

United KingdomThe lighting in the bar area and restaurant is a bit harsh. The doors to the patio were left open so it was very cold in the evening. The tables weren’t cleared of empty glasses and the chairs left in a mixed up state. It didn’t give a great look or ambiance.
The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. Nice facilities.

Love location, the ambience of the lovely old building and the grounds to walk round. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Our room was lovely as always.

United Kingdomthe garden rooms building needed exterior attention. There was also evidence of water ingress from the roof in the corridor. It was unfortunate the hot tub was out of order during our stay.
Main house was good , breakfast and evening meals were very good.plenty of grounds to walk in. Many rooms to relax in and have a drink. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Room very good, but I can not recall asking for disabled access. Love the main building. Great gardens. Relaxed ambience at great location.
