Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We have stayed here several times over the years. We love it because there is always a lively atmosphere at dinner, great menu choice, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. It has a lovely scheduled location so always a peaceful nights sleep. We normally stay out in the stable area as I like the tranquility of it but this time we stayed in the main house. Our room was lovely and it was just as peaceful.

United KingdomI wouldn't call the duck spring rolls a generous portion as it was 2 spring rolls cut in half. The downfall was the pillows which were terrible. There were 2 of them but they were far too soft and as soon as I put my head on them they were flat. Had to fold them over to get any support. Made for a terrible nights sleep.
The staff were excellent, very accommodating and pleasant. A real credit to the company. Food was excellent, served quickly, very delicious. Good portions for the mains. We had room service, food was delivered quickly and was piping hot. Room was large, clean and pleasant. Sky TV was a plus. Was really quiet and rooms were well sound proofed.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were happy to set up a terrace table (none were set as result of rain) for us. Exceptional quality of pillows and toiletries. Absolutely delighted to see a bank of electric car charging points all available - which i used. big tick!
