There wasn't a hairdryer

There were towels - what a difference that made. It was lovely to have a teatowel and washing up liquid as well as bin bags.

Sofa area in caravan, material could do with a clean. The pool was so hot and high chlorine level didn't finish our swim session we left early.

Lovely setting well maintained park and not too big. Clean bedding. Lovely hottub. The cocktail bar area is lovely. Staff were good. Food was reasonable.

Breakfast not being served at time of stay which was a little disappointing so we went to the sea front which was nice really not a problem. Evening meals were great in the Squirrel bar with tasty cocktails. Very friendly hard working staff. All staff on site were great even the night staff/ security. The site was lovely very tidy with well kept landscaped gardens. Myself and partner had a very relaxing break and look forward to a return next year with our dog for long seaside walks. The accommodation was first class clean tidy and very well presented with everything you could need for a short stay.

There was a rude unhelpful thin, dark haired receptionist. Not being warned of the rancid, black sludge in the estuary when the tide is out. This would have been useful having taken a dog there.

The barman and the blond receptionist were very friendly and helpful.

The lack of easy questions being answered pre-arrival. I don't want their app to know the hours of the only restaurant, hours of the pool, or the hair dryer- simple, just answer. It took 7 requests and a complaint to Booking.com to get answers. The restaurant closes so early and it was quite pricey for what you got. No matter we went twice because of the staff! The staff make up for this though!!! They're fantastic!

It was peaceful and pleasant. We enjoyed this and would definitely return!!! Staff were fantastic in both reception and the restaurant. Kudos to all! The accommodation was a no-pet unit #15 that was ideal for us. The kitchen was nice and equipped quite well. Very comfortable and relaxing. What we needed. Spacious The outdoor deck was lovely but needed a cushion on the couch. They recycle!! Make it easy to help the planet. Love the parking is designated, so easy.

The accommodation is starting to look like it needs a deeper clean. ie sofa cushions and carpets. was not as clean as last time we stayed.

price and location are great. stayed before and was exactly what we needed. maintenance on a freezer door was quickly tended too by staff who were really polite and friendly

Ww felt the reception carpeting and main carpeted areas could be renewed and the bathroom updated.

Lovely dining room and grounds. We also enjoyed the pool. We had a great relaxing stay. Conveniently located to Arundel and Worthing. We celebrated our 52nd Wedding Anniversary and loved the peaceful surroundings.

No vacuum cleaner, iron or ironing board that I could find. No bedside lamps.

Breakfast was good if a little more expensive than the local cafes. Liked having the washing up pack left in the kitchen. Loved the wardrobe space.

It was a lovely mini break in a wonderful location. The pub staff were excellent, and the site was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

We had some issues with the beds, namely a significant dip in the sofa bed which we had to prop up with modular seats and the bottom bunk bed was also sunken in and extremely noisy. We also hoped that there would be more activities like live performances, etc programmed during our stay as advertised but that wasn’t the case.

The property was well laid out with good modular furniture for all the family to stay comfortably. It was very modern and well presented. The cooking utensils provided were more than sufficient. The private hot tub was a lovely added extra and was well used! The swimming pool, soft play and bookable activities were great to have available. The staff were so helpful and wonderful, especially Suzanne!

Amazing location, close to the seaside and local shops and cafes. Newly build holiday homes. Very spacious, lovely views on harbour. Adding a hot tub is definitely worth it!
