We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location great for visiting coast. Breakfast superb so much choice and choice of eating times. Room scrupesiosly clean and comfortable. Lovely friendly host. Quiet at night. Toiletries provided and hairdryer.

Really friendly host welcomed us on our arrival. Room was spacious, airy, very clean and so very homely and comfortable! Lots of nice little thoughtful touches throughout, like the tea/coffee facilities (with ground coffee and fresh milk) and cute window seat overlooking the garden. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for an early morning jog down to the beach! Really enjoyed our stay, was just what we needed.

Lovely period house in beautiful gardens which has been upgraded so you have all the amenities you need (good shower, bathroom and WiFi). The room was comfortable, we slept well and it had some beautiful period features and touches. Lovely breakfast too. You are in the pretty village of Overstrand about 2-3 miles from Cromer. You can walk to a beach and a pub and restaurant in the village. You could also walk to Cromer along the coastal path.

The cottage was beautiful, cosy and clean. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived, and shown to our room. Room was lovely and spacious with a very comfy bed. Set in a beautiful location, that was quiet but not far from Cromer. Overstrand beach just a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection. Lovely old house, full of character. Well appointed room with modern shower. Excellent breakfast. There was an issue with our booking (Booking.com had duplicated it) but Denise was very good about it.
