Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bulgaria- Lack of plug sockets in rooms, everything is hard wired. Rarely found a socket to charge phones. - Windows didn't open more than 2 inches, and auto closed as it had old wooden windows. - Rooms were hot, not ventilated, plug fan available but was extremely noisy/not maintained. - Some rooms are big and nice, some very small. - Pricy breakfast (didn't try it) , may as well go into Broadway, many cheaper options. - Needs a complete refurb, looks like it hasn't been updated in 20 years. - Water options from bar in lobby, nothing in the room. Feel there should've had complementary in the room. - Some 3am noise from street (not hotels fault), is to be expected. - No extra pillows or duvets, tried asking many times but never got extra. (we did arrive later in evening, but feel they should have some in cupboards.)
- Location was great, 5 mins from Broadway. - Indoor lounge was nice, staff were exceptionally lovely when greeting and helping. Parking was good and easy. - Guests were lovely to speak to and greet. - They have events, line dancing was on this weekend. - The staff gave us 2 water bottles complimentry when asked for water sources, very nice.

IrelandWe weren't able to open bedroom window and in comparison the bathroom felt a bit drafty, but it wasn't a big issue. Tatty armchairs in otherwise well appointed/decorated room.
Charming well refurbished old-style hotel in central Bradford location. Very clean spacious room & bathroom. Kettle & coffeemaker in the room. We had a quiet room on first floor at the back of the property.
