Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

United KingdomLift was not working which meant a complex walk up and down stairs to the 3rd floor. Room was a little too warm and carpet and bathroom floor covering looked like they had seen better days. A little tired and in need of some TLC.

BelgiumWhile the street is traffic-free due to nearby construction, creating a peaceful atmosphere, my experience was impacted by being placed in a room directly above the hotel's loading dock. Unfortunately, activities there start as early as 5 a.m.
The location is fantastic, just around the corner from Euston station. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and efficient.

Staff were super helpful, allowed us an earleir than expected check-in. The bar was nice and drinks reasonbly priced. I unfortunately didnt manage to use the fitness centre so cannot comment upon that.

United KingdomThe hotel couldn't guarantee an early check in, you have to just turn up and chance it, but if the room is available when you get there they then charge you £10 for each hour before standard check-in time. This seems unfair; I think if they are going to charge they should be able to guarantee the room will be available. That said, the left luggage facility was really useful and worked well as we just wanted to drop our things off and go again.
Convenient location close to Euston station and to Euston Square tube. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice with a good shower. We were able to leave our luggage on arrival and then check in late in the evening, which was great.

FranceWe booked a room for 3, which meant having a foldout bed added. The comfort of those beds always leaves something to be desired and this one was no exception. Fine for a small child that doesn't weigh much, but not great for a full-sized nearly adult.
I booked at the last minute because our train was delayed and we needed to spend the night in London. I picked pretty much exclusively based on location and price and was pleasantly surprised by this place. It's very convenient to Euston station, as expected, but the neighborhood is full of vegetarian Indian restaurants (apparently it's known for that) and the rooms were quite nice (comfy beds, very clean, good wifi). The breakfast buffet is also quite decent, not like at high-end hotel, but a good variety of offers and everything freshly made.
