The iron and ironing board was very disappointing. Room service could have been better. The way the bathroom shower was designed is terrible as the water leaked all over the floor. Breakfast could be improved with more vegetarian options. Car park space are too close to each other

The sea view, nice room, friendly staff. Amenity was good on whole expect the iron. The hotel lobby was very nice. Outside was exceptional.

A bit more under staffed in the bar area, meaning a long wait for a drink. The choice of food in the on site restaurant very limited, although what we had was nice and reasonably priced. The cheese board was very poor value for money, two tiny bits of cheese for £12. The restaurant lets the hotel down.

Hotel lovely, staff really friendly. Rooms large, well equipped and beds super large and comfortable. Was able to park on site. Dog friendly which is a bonus.

The only little thing that was wrong that there not enough choice at breakfast no jam or marmalade and nothing up saying you could ask for eggs cooked an other way

The hotel is perfect the staff could not be anymore happy to help you the room was big and my husband is disabled and was able to use his scooter inside and outside the hotel room was clean bed was comfortable all I all will go again

Reception staff Cherrie and Avanti were most helpful and had a very friendly demeanour. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant with polite friendly staff on hand. The view from our room was exceptional. We will be back.

Not informed you could have breakfast eggs cooked to order. Scrambled eggs in buffet awful - they should also be cooked to order. Minibar - misleading as implies alcohol- need to be clear that only soft drinks offered. There were none in my fridge anyway ex per for 2 cans of flavoured water on the desk. My next point is just feedback- you need to have enough staff to run the restaurant even when you have large groups-I dined alone the evening you had a large group. You are losing money.

Breakfast - bacon for 2 days very dry. The scrambled egg terrible. The sausages are just a lot of bread rather than meat. How any chef could cook eggs the way they were is hard to imagine. The air con only goes as low as 19 degrees and the fan is not very high. With windows that do not open the room can be oppressive.

The location was great as is the view from the Priviledge rooms. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was good to have a settee to relax on after a busy day out sightseeing. The shower was roomy and had good pressure. The room was large with plenty of room. There was a fridge which was handy.

having to pay £15.00 per night to park the car in the hotel car park. this means unless the charge is going to be a lot less i will not be stopping at the hotel again despite the fact it is one of the best i have stayed in

Not enough parking spaces, for a large hotel parking was disappointing. We were told to park elsewhere several minutes away, however the receptionist couldn't tell us where it was, we were told 'to google it'. Not very helpful!

Room very comfortable and clean. Lovely tea making facilities. Air conditioning was easily controlled. Excellent location.à
