Room was spacious and clean. We had a pet and the hotel was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice including dairy free! Good for parking.

Why? charge for car parking we stay in your hotel 4 or 5 times a year sometimes on business other times just for a break . We have done this for several years.Inthe future we will find another hotel in Nottingham with FREE parking

Curtains had come off the rails a bit. Chair upholstery slightly dirty. Had to move the kettle to a plug in the room.

The evening meal was very disappointing, probably the worse battered fish I’ve ever had, thick under cooked batter with a thin cod fillet inside. Also I requested a very light batter. For £16 I would expect much better. I wish I’d requested a refund! Although the room was good, there was no information regarding the hotel in the room. No WiFi info. Nothing about the restaurant etc.

Spacious rooms, bar area etc. loved the gym and pool. Enjoyed the deal on cocktails. Staff on reception were excellent! Very friendly and helpful.

The location is not good and the main road outside is extremely busy and there were a lot of undesirables around. We felt nervous when outside walking the dogs.

We were supposed to get free soft drinks in the fridge but there weren't any in there we spoke to reception and they said they couldn't do anything about it as housekeeping had gone home

The room was very cold and the heating system did not work which was not very pleasant and we wasn't the only one to complain about this. Such a shame as the room was very nice and would of been the perfect stay and would of been nice to use again in the future but unsure now as wouldn't want this to happen in the future.

The staff was friendly and informative. Clean tidy rooms and comfortable beds.. Breakfast very tasty Good facilities

1. Floor in bedroom uneven, impacts vertigo and frequently tripping over on our steps. 2. Chair stained in the bedroom making it very uneasy to sit on, somewhat disgusting and just cannot think what the stain marks were. 3. Arrived at hotel, which was almost empty yet put at the very back of the building. 4. The main purpose for selecting your hotel was the Spa. On arrival was told steam room out of order. This was extremely disappointing and impacted our weekend away. This was our anniversary. It was very upsetting and disappointing!!

Steam room still not fixed for several months now.Hole on wall still not fixed in pool area. Damp horrible smell in lounge area.(see photos) No ramp at front entrance for people with disabilities.

Couldn’t really fault anything - we wanted a reasonable hotel close to family (the reason for our visit) and this hotel matched our expectations. We didn’t opt for any meals in the hotel so can’t comment on the food etc.

Great location and easy to walk into Nottingham city centre. Parking isn’t free but there are plenty of parking spaces and paying for the parking was very easy & simple. The staff we interacted with were all extremely friendly and very helpful and couldn’t fault any of them. We opted for a slightly larger room and it was light & spacious and very comfortable. We were facing the back of the hotel and there were no issues with any noise.

The bed seemed comfortable, but turned out to be quite hot, and also had a slight dip in the middle.

Very clean throughout. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Room was very comfortable and well equipped.
