The receptionists - the blond girl and the brunette - so rude and un helpful

The restaurant and bar section of the otel is very indeguate.The opening and closing hours are very bad,especially the closing hours are very early you cannot get any service

Bar area very quiet and not promoted. Pool under urgent need of refurbishment and sub standard. Should be a selling point but let's the hotel down

It’s a little misleading as we thought the hotel was the manor but nothing wrong with the actual hotel. Also the bathroom tap was in need of a look. Quite stiff and water kind of goes everywhere.

The location was lovely. Room was comfortable and well represented.

Unfortunately our room was in need of a lot of renovation, mirrors not hung, wires from TV on show, lots of decorating needed to patch up marks and hanging wall paper, shower tray broken in places. With all these fixed it would be perfect

The bed was extremely comfortable, beautiful surroundings, the bathroom was large to which is a positive!

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Not many staff around. Had to ask for butter, spoon as no spoons for cereals and was given a large serving spoon to eat with! Not a large choice, especially if vegetarian. Cafe latte from machine hardly has any milk in it at all.

Bathroom shower waste trap missing cover. Bathroom sink clearly has a blockage, after running tap for a minute whilst brushing teeth it filled to the brim. Probably why the shower trap was missing cover. Air Conditioning not functional, would only heat. Bed was a bit small for me and partner. (we are both over 6ft). Que for breakfast was bad, we turned around and left. No one on reception to check out and when you called the number that was left on the notice, the phone was left on the desk!

Bedroom and Bathroom was decorated nicely. Good location and nice grounds. I would say that another room further into the hotel would probably have been much nicer.

Room should include a bath for the same price. The Leisure Club is in need of refurbishment. TV service was poor.

The bed wasn’t properly made. They didn’t even use a base sheet. Just chucked up top sheet over the mattresses and didnt tuck it in properly, then placed a duvet on top. We were also woken up about 5.45am with construction noises outside our window, and the room was a bit run down for the price.

When we checked in there were multiple used glasses from the previous people that stayed there outside our door. Multiple people who worked there saw we were entering the room and the glasses were still there when we left to go out about 45 mins later. We stayed in room 3, the TV kept lagging and underneath the tv the walls were cracked and had a stain on. The bathroom was lovely at a first glance however there were used que tips on the side from the previous people that had stayed and the fan vent was broken.

The property was nice in a good location. There was room service and the bar/ restaurant was lovely. The breakfast was lovely! The gardens were lovely. The bed was so comfy!

None of the tv channels worked. it was quite cold in the room, the corridors / passageways are dark.

Room did what it needed to was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. gentleman on the bar was wonderful. rest of the staff were not overly freindly but not rude at the same time. Garden is beutiful. Breakfast was good book night before to save 5.00 - very handy for harry potter world.
