Breakfast service wasn't great for the price! Had to search for plates bowls & cutlery. Toaster only toasts 1 side. Shower was very mouldy! Not been cleaned for a very long time for mould to build up like that! Rooms could do with dusting too. Quite alot of dust!

I had a lovely big room. Barman was very good & friendly.

The mirror in the bathroom was too high. I’m 5’1” so the strip light on the bottom of the mirror was right across my face. The sink was positioned too high for me to use it comfortably. The mattress was uncomfortable.

Hotel location was ideal for the Brands Hatch Race way. Menu was limited, burger and chips etc. Hotel generally needed looked like it could do with a refurb, the fixtures and fittings looked worn. Carpets in rooms were stained and needed cleaning

The restaurant food was appalling. Sent back and the bill credited. Needs a new chef!

Bed was quite hard. Had a minor issue but was sorted asap by very helpful staff at reception.

When I booked on line it said breakfast included....when I went down for breakfast I was told with a very poor attitude that I was not on her list and would have to pay. I ate that evening with a group of 27! I don't expect attitude from your staff when both your coffee machines where broken and all they cared about was there list. Poor.....amateur and will not recommend to the Brands hatch community.....just needed coffee!!!!

Nothing to not like. It's a decent hotel right next to the circuit at Brands Hatch so perfect for that.

Room was good. The beds are a really good size and very comfortable.

Unfortunately the room and hotel starting to show its age. Plus there was only one coffee/tea machine which during breakfast on a busy weekend really wasn’t good, long queue.

I had to leave at 6.30am but they would not cancel my breakfast and still charged me for it even though I didn't have it! at check in they never asked me to book in my vehicle registration for the car park. so i will probably get a fine now?

Having stayed in this hotel many times over a few years now it is now looking tired and in need of refreshing and a deep clean.

In standard room, no biscuits or bottled water and the coffee was dreadful. The breakfast was mediocre. The evening meal menu was the same as the lunch menu and very limited.

Staff were excellent. Room was nice. Everything was clean. Pool and facilities were very good. The bar was quirky, had a couple of games of pool

There was a very loud humming / buzzing noise all night like some sort of generator or fan outside the window which did keep myself and my son awake . Other than that it was a good stay

Looks tired in alot of places. Rooms could do with a freshen up. Lack of staff for dinner and breakfast. Kept having to ask for stuff to be restocked. More staff needed as they were doing there best.

Location to Brands Hatch. Spa/swimming facilities. Staff were good. Room very well stocked out, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, iron, ropes etc

Food was not value for money, especially for evening meals .

Property is in a good location for the show ground . Clean and friendly staff. Loved the wall image. Beds was comfortable . Was great to see a safe in the room

Restaurant: menu limited & boring - only 5 main options, nothing exciting. No grills except burgers. Bath needs wall safety handle/ Glass screen had horrible build up at base. Window had white mould on rubber seal.

On arrival over charged. This was refunded when we informed reception Carpet in room was disgusting, heating didn’t work. Member off staff couldn’t rectify the problem. This was classed as a superior double room!!!!!
