Lovely welcoming staff. Great proximity to Kings Cross and St Pancras Stations. One night stay is all I'd recommend. It was clean but tired looking.

The mirrors are positioned too high to be of use - I'm 165cm tall and was too short for the bathroom and bedroom mirrors

I got the room on the top floor so it was hard to go up the stairs after a full day of walking. And it was a bit hot at night.

The location is superb, a few blocks from Kings Cross/St Pancras so you can go anywhere.

Bed not comfortable as springs we're in ribs, bathroom door kept catching on floor so had to push it hard, some things in need of repair or replace. Window v hard to open. Lots of stairs. Very small room. No smaller lamp.

Shower was quite small and difficult to use, the room wasn’t very soundproof as the hotel became quite noisy in the morning. The aircon leaked a lot of water every time I tried to use it which was quite annoying

WiFi connection did not work on my room, because was to far from the router. In fact, in the hall of the hotel it did work.

It's King's Cross... what else? Close to several services for breakfast, dinner, pubs, etc. The room is small but nothing is missing.

The room was a bit small but we already knew this beforehand, but is was very noisy internally (outside was very peaceful). You could hear everything from the other rooms, especially if people took a shower or flushed the toilet, this is caused by quite noisy drainage pipes.

The location was perfect, close to the station. It is also a nice and quiet neighborhood.

That we were on the third floor with no lift and as I have a lung condition it made it difficult to go up with the luggage as well! Also the mattress had seen better days and the bed was very low!

Needed a small towel for hair, this must be provided, asked three times and eventually had to ask for another large towel on last day. Thought there was a fridge, there wasn't so didn't get to eat a load of chilled M & S food after theatre at night, (it had to be binned) or store meds. Shower was great, rainshower, but it meant I couldn't wash my bottom half with no handheld shower head to hold😔 Needs a curtain as light gets in a lot through slats in main window right next to bed (we were in lower ground floor) . There is quite a bit of noise going on in the area, adjacent big building site, maids working early, people going to work and bin men, so you will need ear plugs. Managed to sleep quite well with only a few interruptions with them in. Maids were knocking at the door and trying to get in before 10am on check out day, quite intrusive as we were dressing after washing and they did it a few times, check out is 10.30am😕
