Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room looked comfortable loved the view I would come back in the summer not the winter the staff seemed and was nice.

United KingdomThey were very accommodating but it's not very accessible, be aware there are stairs into the building and a very narrow and steep staircase going up to the rooms. The layout of the room also made it difficult and we had to move a bedside table and heater to get in and out easily. This wasn't their fault at all, it just isn't very clear on the website!
The room was clean and reasonably priced. It had its own little sink which was handy and a great little fridge with an ice compartment which was great. The staff were so friendly.

UKThe room size was okay. Some mattresses/bed were very comfortable but one or 2 wasn't. The shared toilet was messy. No cleaners to clean the environment including toilets. Toilets bin got filled up to the brim and wasn't emptied for days. Hotel users are the ones to go trash bin across the road. Nevertheless we had fun because it's a very good location and we had to make it our own to enjoy d four days we spent. One of the electric kettle was an eye sore. There should be bigger bin in the toilets for the fact that it's shared atleast to make it look neat and avoid rubbish from dropping on the floor.
Customer service was great. Fantastic location and quietness.
