Never had any mobile phone signal on the park. However the wifi worked well.

Stayed in very nice mobile home, very modern and had everything you would need. Hot tub was great. Very quiet and peaceful place with nice views and they have animals.

The stay was great apart from finding there was leak to downstairs due to ensuite bath tub. When we informed the reception, they were aware about it and it would have appreciated if they informed us about it as we had to spend our time is trying to understand what was happening. That is only reason for score of 9 everything else was good and as expected.

The stay was comfortable , great location and nice facilities within the stay.

The swimming pool was closed which was made clear to us at the time of booking as we stayed in April and it doesn’t open until May (however we spent the time in the hot hub). Only thing that would have helped is more clean towels for longer stays as we had 1 towel each for the whole duration and was told it was chargeable for extras.

Everything was provided with a lot of thought put into it, lovely place to stay. We loved the hot tub and the animals, great to have a gated area to walk the dog. It was very clean and tidy, quiet and tranquil.

Nothing to dislike to.be honest.

The stay was relatively new and so it was clean. Communication was good. As we mentioned regarding the out of hours arrival, we were contacted near to the time and were provided instructions to self check-in. The animal pen was the highlight for our little one. She enjoyed watching the goats and hamsters.

Not much room to walk round the double bed but there was enough. The bedside lights for the bed you had to get out of bed to switch them off as the switches were on the actual light. The fire in the living room didn't work but the heating did so it was plenty warm enough. The TV wasn't smart as there were no catch up facilities like iPlayer etc. but there was Freeview so plenty for a holiday with rainy evenings.

The chalet was excellent with easy parking next to the door. Roomy, comfortable and perfect for two people. Great kitchen facilities. There was free wifi which was appreciated so we could look up where we were visiting the next day with no fuss etc. Everything was very clean and we didn't find anything that was missing for a lovely 3 night stay. The hot tub was a real bonus and fun, I am a convert now. If the weather had not been rotten we would have appreciated the balcony more. We didn't try the facilities on the site as we didn't need them although we did purchase from the on site shop and it had what we needed.

Few flies around, as a lake there, imagine it could be worse in the summer (and based on some reviews I'd seen) Games room wasn't open yet as early season

Second stay here - convenient location for Eden Project. Enjoyed lodge PL38 with its outlook over the fields & hot tub on the front decking and gated to stop young children wondering off! Geese, chickens, guinea pigs, horses etc are a nice addition and good little kids playpark with zip wire. It's a peaceful location with very little light bleed from local area at night

As we went in winter it would have been nice to have lights outside the cottage and as weather was bad a mop would have been useful

Property was perfect for our needs very clean dogs welcome and we have rebooked to go back in the summer in different accommodation

Amazing stay over the Christmas holiday. Christmas tree and welcome goodies were just great touch. Spotless clean. Very comfortable bed and the hot tub was very hot and clean. Staff very helpful, thank you all. Have a happy new year
