Everything you can need for one night. Having the pub next to it makes the difference and without any noise during the night. The room was comfortable.

The extractor fan was broken so there was a damp smell as soon as we entered - this was rectified by opening the windows, and taking the towels out from the bathroom and airing them in the huge main room. We told the staff about the fan on our third and last day as we didn't expect it to be fixed in that time and could live with it for a couple of days. A small consideration might be to have Oatly Barista available for coffee at breakfast. Unsweetened soya milk is fine, but Oatly adds a bit of luxury. To be honest, for breakfast I'd just like some bran flakes and coffee, or fruit salad and yoghurt. There is no bran cereal currently, and there was only enough yoghurt for one of us unfortunately. The pub evening meal didn't blow me away - thai curry with roast chicken. The chilli crackers aren't necessary in the (very tasty) sticky rice, they just go soft. The sauce could be a little more coconut-milky/home made. My partner's meal of hunter's chicken was better. It would be a good idea to bring cutlery at the same time as the food. Currently, the food is brought to your table, then the servers go for cutlery which can take a few minutes. Or maybe cutlery can be given to you at the bar when you order?

A huge, quiet room and super-comfy mattress and pillows. I slept better here than I have in many other nearby hotels. The tea/coffee selection was standard, the towels big and fluffy and free wi-fi is always a bonus. We had cooked breakfast on one of our days, made to order, it was good quality bread with beans, bacon and tomato. It was convenient to have the bar/pub next door for an evening meal one night, and the view from the pub garden - hat's off for the design, it's lovely to walk through/sit in – was very pretty. Meadow Farm really is in a meadow. The pub and restaurant staff are really nice and engaged with the customers. There is lots of free parking space.

No extraction fan in bathroom, leaving condensation following a shower.

The location was good for an overnight stopover, close to the M42 . The receptionist in the lodge was polite , friendly and informative. The room was clean ,quiet and warm.

The shower was a bath tub, but that's fine the shower curtain worked pretty well. I asked reception if they did any type of laundry service, which they replied they didn't, they were lovely and looked up the nearest laundry service in the area.

A lovely and quiet location with a nice garden/green area out the back, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful, so a nice shower was had. Internet seemed to work well. Th nearby pub and restaurant was nice and large with a pleasant conservatory are to eat in. The car park stretches around from the pub and is right outside the door of the accommodation building, which was nice if you have many bags etc.

The room needed a few things to be added. A large space to the side of the beds needed to have a sofa or soft easy chair, there was nowhere to sit and relax. Other rooms had these. Had to ask for a bin in the bathroom and a second set of towels. Apparently its their rule to only supply 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, not acceptable for 2 people staying 4 nights. The restaurant got very busy towards the weekend, but staff levels were reduced, for whatever reason and chaos resulted with long waits for food and drinks.

Having the pub/restaurant on site was an advantage as a walk away from town. The room was basic , but quiet, and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Happy to put right any problems.

As I said a little outside of Redditch and not really walking distance so you have to drive if you want to venture into town.

Newly decorated rooms and very friendly staff, as it is a little outside of Redditch it is also very quiet. Lovely grounds to walk around too, I imagine it is beautiful in the Summer time.

Soap and shampoo dispensers pump function didn't work, luckily had bought our own. No answer on emergency telephone number and no one in reception when alarm went off in disabled room opposite. The occupants had pulled the red cord by mistake. Ended up phoning the pub. Lack of plug sockets near bed.

Nice size room. Comfy beds. Very good accessible bathroom. Room for a wheelchair to move around.

The room didn't feel very clean - the spoons and glasses had smears on them. The sink has been plumbed in wrong, so when you turned it to be cold it came out hot (room 9). The room wasn't set up for a family of 4 - despite selecting the "2 adults and 2 children" option when we booked on booking.com, the confirmation booking.com sent to the hotel only said "2 adults". It wasn't the hotels fault - they quickly corrected it and set up beds for the kids.

We loved the restaurant - particularly the garden and outdoor play area which the children enjoyed. Very handy location if you are travelling with small kids - Attwell Adventure Farm is just 10 minutes away. It was a good sized bedroom and a quiet location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was difficult to walk from the property anywhere, so better if using a car. There was a little noise heard from rooms above.

The property was ideally situated with a short drive to local shops. The on-site pub was nice and the rooms were spacious. Lots of parking!

The toilet has persistent flushing issues, sometimes takes a few constant flushes so to speak. Also, the extraction fan didn't work in our bathroom, meaning the steam from a shower had nowhere to really go immediately.

Good value for money, staff helpful and attentive from check in to checking out. Very comfortable nights' sleep! Breakfast did cost extra due to our booking but was great nonetheless, shows the benefits of being attached to a Marstons pub next door.

Tables were very sticky. Don’t know if is because of the chemicals used to clean them but I think they were reacting with the varnish.

No one on reception when we arrived and we rang the number which didn’t answer, pub staff were not friendly and we spent quite allot of money between us and our friends we met, we hadn’t booked breakfast but decided to have some ( wish we hadn’t) the poor lady ( she was very nice ) was on her own rushed off her feet , we went down at 9 am there was no cups for tea or coffee, the coffee machine had run out of milk, no juices, no yogurt, no fruit, no pastries!!!! We ordered a bacon sandwich and pancakes with bacon … the bacon was still oinking as it was so pale, the sandwich was something I could have done with my eyes shut ( very unappealing ) the pancakes were pale and under cooked … very under staffed … we got back to the hotel just before 11 pm and told we couldn’t have a nightcap as it was shut !!!! The rooms were fine for the money and it was very quiet to sleep

Good value room, perfect location for what we needed

Great location and was easy to navigate from motorways. Quiet room with plenty of space. Clean towels and linen were prepared in the room for arrival and a fan was supplied too. Tea and coffee provided. The price was also very reasonable.
