As mentioned in previous reviews the apartment is hot, we managed by opening all the windows and balcony doors but it might still be too hot for some people so be warned! A plumbing issue, the kitchen sink kept making noises and was blocked/leaking in the morning. Mentioned to front desk who were sending maintenance teams to check.

The location and how modern the property was. We had 2 sofa beds and a separate bedroom but we decided to sleep on just the sofa beds as they were that comfortable! The space in apartment is great and the apartment had everything you need.

I didn’t like the fact that the bed spreads where not changed throughout the 5 nights we stayed in the apartment.

The rooms were boiling hot, but they provided a fan. The car park was a bit too small to get in, so we had to park in a car park further away (10 min walk), but we do have a big car so not a surprise. I don't think I'd like to stay in the area as a single female and walk around at night, but there wasn't anything particularly dangerous. Just an inner city location which was just a bit quiet at night.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room/s were clean and had basic things like coffee and shampoo etc so we didn't need to go out straight away. There is a Tesco about a 5 mins walk away and we got the Uber Boat into town, which was a 7 min walk and incredibly easy, though not so easy to get the boat back as it was busy.

The heated towel rack in one of the bathrooms wouldn’t switch off so one of the bathrooms was very warm but not a big deal

Great location - short walk to Jubilee line, Elizabeth line & DLR. close to shops and restaurants. Very clean and equipped to meet needs of a longer stay

Air conditioning was confusing to work, no instructions, only 1 fan. Disturbance through the night as someone was screaming and shouting for hours at around 4am, called reception but this continued for a while. Residential flats all around so understand there may not have been much they could do as it was unclear where this was coming from.

Rooms are spacious easy to access the car park. Staffs are very helpful 1 particular member Hamza! was very proffessional. Last minute i changed my mind and wanted a bedroom with balcony and he gave us that.

Lack of baggage storage, we had a car so were able to leave luggage in car after checking out. I however understand baggage storage is being developed in the near term.

We got upgraded to a bigger room, which was indeed very spacious, and well furnished and decorated. All the facilities you could need were present (toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, dish soap, dishwasher, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, hairdryer etc). The personnel was very friendly. We were missing some towels and the dishwasher didn't function, but both issues were solved promptly. There is good wifi as well, and the toiletries are of very nice quality. It is located in a nice area and the bus stop is across the street to get you to the city centre.
