I'm not a fan of the pillows they use, could do with a firmer option. The bedroom was always warm, air-conditioning would be a great addition. The Belleek restaurant serves vegetables with mains but, the type and way they are cooked does not go with the dish. Mainly all nit picks here but, for the money spent, these shouldn't be an issue.

Great location and the Spa facilities are great. Breakfast was decent.

Our room,which was a junior suite, was above the outdoor jacuzzi and the noise of the people using it spoiled an otherwise pleasant experience. It didn’t help that some of the guests were very loud and swore constantly which wasn’t nice to hear, it might not be an issue for everyone but we booked the room as a bit of a treat to finish off our holiday and we just wanted to relax in peace and the noise was intrusive even when the window was closed. We didn’t complain about it at the property as we were only staying for one night and it was quiet in the evening after the facility closed. The staff were so nice that it felt awkward to complain when there probably isn’t much they can do about people swearing and talking loudly. We just won’t book that room again.

It’s a beautiful building with gorgeous views of Loch Erne. There’s plenty of space to relax in and the facilities offer plenty to enjoy. The spa, pool, golfing and sailing are just a few activities to consider. We dined in the Beleek restaurant and enjoyed one of the nicest meals we have had anywhere. The food was of an exceptional standard at incredibly reasonable prices. Top marks to the chef and the staff who were very attentive, well informed about the menu and friendly. We enjoyed a great night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed and our room was worth the extra cost apart from the noise issue from the jacuzzi area.

Only fault is there was no plugs right beside the room for charging phones, they were just a little bit further across the room

Room was stunning with amazing views, the service of the staff was phenomenal, so welcoming and there for everything you needed. The hotel was clean, the food was amazing!

We ate in the bar in the evening, which appeared to be busy. The service seemed to be quite slow as we had to wait, which seemed quite a long time to get our food. It was very tasty, though.

From check-in to departure, we had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. Our room was excellent. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and not too far to walk to the bars and restaurants. Felt like it had been recently refurbished. The bathroom had its own tv/radio separate from the main TV in the bedroom, nice touch. Robes and slippers also provided. The barman in the cocktail bar was very attentive. Nothing seemed too much bother and brought our drinks to the terrace. Excellent service. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of food available and staff were polite and professional.

Very pleasant rooms; helpful checkin staff; very nice evening meal in the restaurant; excellent bar; nice breakfast in a lovely setting, overlooking Lough Erne; the spa facilities are very good and can be enjoyed after checkout.

The coffee at breakfast. I asked on the 2nd morning for one from the coffee machine and it was so much nicer

Lovely stay. The only negative thing I would say is that there is a strong smell of chlorine from the pool.around the hotel especially as you walk in to the entrance reception.

The accessable room was on the first floor and there was no lift. This was the only fault but reception accommodated us with a more suitable room. This would not stop me from coming back. Our stay was exceptional!

All staff in the hotel were so friendly. Excellent service by all. Special shout out to reception. They managed to change our rooms as my mum couldn't manage the stairs. They were so accommodating and even upgraded our rooms. Thankyou. Room and views were stunning. This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. Would highly recommend.

The lighting in the restaurant was too bright and slightly took away from the experience .Probably better if it was dimmed lower might add to the experience.The dinner menu was slightly limited.

Some waiting staff in the ballroom were very quick to lift glasses, even when there was drink left.

The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. It's a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Food was very good and hot breakfast is made to order, plenty of choice in the cereal, fruit, pastry area.
