Not the fault of the hotel, we should have asked for a lower floor room as we we're the furthest away and my wife has some mobility issues. No lift

The location of the hotel is perfect.if you have a car-there is parking, if you use buses, the bus station is 2 min walk from the hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is beautiful, in a small neighbourhood. There is a place to eat just down the street in the old bank hotel, a minimarket and fish &chips 5 min from the hotel The room is loveley, the bed very comfortable, and the shower as PERFECT! WATER PRESSURE &TEMP. sooo good. If i could, i've taking it with me. There is a beach 5 min walk and the town is 15 min walk

Furnishings quite dated for my taste but all clean and tidy.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location with friendly and helpful staff . Rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. A great breakfast is included in room rate. There is a bar in rhe village which serves food (the hotel only does breakfast).or a 10 minute stroll along to Girey pier offers quite a few good options. Buses into St Helier are very frequent and the stops are just a couple of minutes away.. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Reception. It is always nice to get a warm and friendly welcome with information given. Also this applies to your departure too. Customer service is so important.

We have stayed here 3 times over the past few years. Unfortunately this time, it seemed to have gone downhill slightly. On arrival no real warm welcome, just a few comments about breakfast and then shown to our room. Room was adequate, although bed was quite hard, but that’s just our personal preference. Bathroom and shower ok. Poor wi-fi. We couldn’t get parked on any of the 3 nights we were there, so had to park locally. Breakfast was reasonable, but the same each day. I have to compliment the chef as he was constantly coming out and checking the hot food buffet and topping up. Also the 2 ladies waiting were very good, clearing away plates etc and topping up coffee. Good restaurants 10 minutes walk away. On departing hotel, nobody to check you out on reception.

I, honestly, cannot fault it except, maybe, for the absence of a lift. Anyone with mobility issues may find it awkward. Other than that it recieves a double thumbs up from me!

Everything about it is fabulous. In fact I would go as far as to give my room a 5 not just a 4.

The room was at the back of the property and totally overlooked so we needed to keep the blinds closed it was dark. For this reason we would not stay again. The continental breakfast was lacking choice and quality. Reminds me of old school B&B!

The property is well placed in Gorey just a very short walk from the beach and amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean with good decor and furnishings.

Only thing really and it was a small thing was the WiFi not string enough , sometimes you get it sometimes you don't, but not to worrying.

The coffee at breakfast had a slightly strange taste, even though else all was good. Also they advertise breakfast as TO 09h30 when really that's exactly when they close it, so it should really be advertised as ending at e.g. 09h00.

Nice rustic classically-styled British guest house. Breakfast was fairly decent and the room sufficiently spacious.

Would have liked a bar or honesty bar with a more comfortable lounge area to sit. There was one but had a big tv screen in it
