The area was wonderful not much open but the market was good and loved the arcade. The lodge/caravan wasn't great not very clean hole in bathroom floor 2 out of the 3 sofas were broken when you sat down on them. Lights in toilet and shower room would not turn on. Only BBC 1 worked all other channels didn't work.

Described as a 'lodge' was a caravan that was dated and needed a deep clean, there were labels and a necklace on the floor next to the bed, dusty cobweb, rusty heater. Decor was very tired.

Location was handy within walking distance to the arena

It was very hot inside, hotter than outside at times. One of the double rooms you can't get out of if the other double room has their door open. Also the window in the toilet wouldn't open

Good value for money, location was great and was really easy to get a taxi to/from. Was convenient having food etc nearby

Thought I was staying in a lodge, it was not it was a caravan and therefore mis leading booking! Messaged host and they did respond, said they could call it a lodge or a caravan so they went with lodge. Can see it is well used, grubby couch etc. shower was freezing cold.

Couldn't sleep until 2.30 because the CARAVAN not lodged is attached to a night clud in a tipi so the walls actually vibrated. Was so hot but again Couldn't open the windows due to noise. No where in the description does it mention its also situated in the middle of what I can only describe as a Party culdesac I then got woken up at 7.30 with cleaners outside and then music resumed by 8 am. It was a birthday celebration but I like sleep and we didnt get any.

    Hard to say..

it was dirty. Some of the beds hadn’t been washed, and the toilet wasn’t very clean, we had to clean it when we arrived. the lodge is located surrounding by pubs, so there is loud music until 1.

it was very cosy and beautifully decorated. We could check in before the hour it was arranged.

This accommodation was available and at a fabulous price. So it feels a bit whiney complaining about small stuff. But, the bedding was horrible with no covers available so had to sleep with a coat over me and purchase bedding next day. Pretty much all the furniture is broken or in need of repair and in reflection explains the really cheap price. The other surprise for me nearing 50, is that when the kids went uptown on our second night, I planned a quiet night with the telly to rest (a lot of walking up hills). To my shock at 7pm it started. The immense noise from the bass and boom from the giant tent structure behind the caravan well literally next to it, shook and banged the walls and roof consistently then until 2.30am. That did not fit with the plan for me at all and was also not keen on the people screaming and vomming everywhere all night all around me either but as i said I am old and quite past all this. That said, if you are after a party pad with your friends then it is magic!

Wonderful area for the (grown up) kids. Lots of cafes and bars and a 20 min walk into the city. It is a static caravan rather than a lodge, which is very cosy and warm with enough room for 6 people. There is all that you need there to cook and prep food and they had tea and coffee and sugar which I thought was lovely. Communication from host was prompt and they were available when needed. There is a real community feel in the baltic market and it is a fabulous venue for the younger ones with lots to do and see including the yellow submarine! Despite the need for a handyman and a decent cleaner, this place is in one of the best locations in the city and super accessible with amenities every where you go. We have made some fabulous memories here so thank you hippy chic! ❤

Well where do I start. The 3 bedroom caravan smelt. There were stains on every part of the bedding floors, kitchen, living room sofas and the carpet looked like it had been in a flood and dried out. The shower room entrance floor was being held up by the laminate. There must be a hole underneath the laminate which was to uncomfortable to shower in. There were people’s socks and pants just outside the side of the caravan with several rat traps. We had to leave early Friday morning to work on the hospital and had people depending on us to be there when we got to the gates we found they were locked so we were stuck and couldn’t get out all night. The hosts stated that the key we were given gave us access out through the back gate padlock. This was a complete lie. This is a complete health and safety risk that if something were to happen to us we could get emergency access to us. I left several messages throughout the night trying to get out to the contact number supplied but no one answered. I had a message the next morning saying they were sorry they only just seen the messages left so there was nothing they can do. I would highly recommend that no one books this place for there own health and safety and suggest booking.com to take them of there site.

The property was very old and in extremely poor condition. Multiple things were broken and in disrepair. The cleanliness of the place is below any expectations anyone would have when renting accommodation.

Everything.. I booked for a family including a 5 month old baby and it was a nightmare. It should be clear that the location is in the middle of bars and nightclubs especially for people unfamiliar with Liverpool. It was like trying to sleep inside a nightclub with a baby and the noise, music and people screaming went on until 4am. The place is dingy and old even if it’s cleaned. The bed was uneven so uncomfortable. The telly or wifi didn’t work. Lacked standard/basic refreshment stuff like sugar etc Too expensive for the quality of accommodation. Should have suspected as there aren’t many photos on booking.com site and wish we took some.

That I could park outside at no cost. Was able to contact host for the code.
