We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe pillows were not very ideal for me. I expected a walk-in shower, but it was over a bath, and the shower head was considerably low for anyone over 5'5.
The hotel is beautiful and clean with spacious rooms. The bar area is welcoming and comfortable and staff are friendly. It's a good location for the city centre and the parking at the hotel is convenient. I would stay again.

This hotel is excellently situated for a visit to Cheltenham and for accessibility to the Cotswolds. The staff were very friendly and because we had told the hotel it was our anniversary they had put some chocolates and wine in our room!

United KingdomThe decor inside the hotel could do with a make over and bringing up to date, but it didn’t detract from our stay.
Beautiful building right in the heart of cheltenham, the Promenade was just 100 metres away with a whole street of amazing shops. As it was Christmas all the trees were lit up at night and it looked beautiful. Plus there was a pop up ice skating rink opposite the hotel, was very Christmassy. We were upgraded to a street view room as it was a Sunday and the hotel wasn’t full, which was very nice of them. The staff were very nice, and the lounge bar was nice too. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that but the breakfast did look very appetizing! I would definitely stay there again. The shower was very nice and there were lots of toiletries for our use, and the bed was nice and big and comfortable.

No obvious place to put hand towel near washbasin (needs a towel hook or something by the basin in addition to the towel rail above the toilet). Ridiculously large table lamps on bedside tables - very little space to put any personal possessions.
Efficient checkin and departure. Very prompt and efficient service at breakfast.

United KingdomI'm allergic to feathers! By midnight I was struggling, discovered I was surrounded by them! Pillows, duvet and then also the mattress protector. Staff changed them all but found myself sat up in a stripped bed at 12.30 for 30 minutes waiting for new bedding. Should've checked beforehand. Extremely comfy bedding though

Upon arrival we were looked after by Ben very professional, courteous and friendly (appropriately) A superb hotel, beautifully accessorised and with quality in every detail. The room was roomy. We were impressed with the bathroom. We stayed in a cosy Cristal room, very nice, clean and quiet. The hotel it’s an excellent location , Montpellier area just a stroll away to town. Overall - more than excellent!! Next time we are in Cheltenham , we are definitely staying here again.

Terrific staff, and enough of them for their never to be queueing. Clean bright room. Beautiful bar that seemed never to close. Excellent breakfast choice, though sadly a lack of kippers!
