We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe parking was not ideal and was extortionate. And the first come first serve basis is very ridiculous as we were paying £21 a day for 4 days only to be told that the parking wasn't guaranteed and we weren't really able to take our car very far out because of this silly reason.
Loved the hotel and the room, very clean and a great location. Will revist and book again.

United KingdomIt’s not something to say that I didn’t like. But something I wasn’t expecting. Everyday we left the hotel and house keeping came into to stock up, the kept keeping us a new roll of toilet paper. In our room we had two rolls of toilet paper next to the toilet. And we had started one and used about 3/4 of it before it was replaced. Now I understand that you would rather have it stocked up for guests however it’s not the most sustainable. I would have understood if there was very little left on that roll however I would hate to think about how much toilet roll they have wasted by supplying a brand new tool everyday
I was looking for somewhere close to the city centre but not in the centre as I wanted to be able to get a good nights sleep without having problems with noisy people on the streets. It was less then a 10 minute walk to the centre. It was very easy to find and very comfortable. This was the first time I’ve taken a hoilday with my boyfriend. And it was amazing!! The price was right for the few nights we were there. The bed and towels were stocked and cleaned everyday we were there. Perfect property for vacation or work trip.

United KingdomSwimming pool charge of £10 per visit (not per day) was excessive and really doesn't work for a hotel visitor, who might wish to have a couple of quick dips. Parking arrangements were poor. Pay £21 for 24 hours but can't guarantee you a space on arrival or if you leave and return a few hours later.
Rooms clean and spacious, nice bathroom. Location good. Good value with exception of pool and parking.

United KingdomNot being told our bathroom was adapted for disabled. Room 601 shower cubicle is not very big, i banged my elbow a few times while washing my hair as i was trying to avoid the chair that id scratched my leg on! The drain doesnt drain very well and the extremely load gurgling noise was loud enough to wake my husband. Also the bathroom door has had the inner door lock removed so cant lock it while in there. Why would the second towel be in a wardrobe and not the bathroom? We have been to this hotel a few times but this time was dissapointing!
Love how spacious the room was. Checking in in advance and card drop off was great, smooth and easy. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows.

GibraltarHotel needs upgrading in many common areas. Tv was tiny n old. Inbuilt furniture and doors very shabby n old. Replacement of towels was an ongoing issue. For a 9 nights hotel stay i would have appreciated a fully refurbished room.
Availability of spa though this should be inclusive in the hotel night price. Separate bath n shower. Large room with seating area.

United KingdomLovely hotel, well maintained, very clean, comfortable, spacious public areas and the room had plenty of space too. We stayed in a triple room and there were three proper beds, space to walk around each one and space to sit and relax. The hotel was calm and quiet too. The staff were helpful, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. It was an easy 10 minute walk into Cardiff centre or a 5 minute taxi ride.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
