To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenThey didn’t clean during the day when we were out. So we had no fresh towels etc when we got back in which were quite disappointing. Though we didn’t see a sign for cleaning nor any info on it for us to put out so maybe our own fault - but yeah. That could have done it more nice :-)

United KingdomWe could not access our room until nearly 5 o’clock . We were told it was a question of housekeeping whereas refurbishment was being carried out on our floor . Our room ,no.428 was clean and tidy inside but the door was covere in dust and there was no phone. We were not offered any compensation or even a free drink . We were soaking wet and did not have time to shower before leaving for the concert . I emailed the hotel when we got home but was told the problem was that we had booked on the day with yourselves and you had sent in the booking late.

United KingdomFood. Cold scrambled eggs, cold meats and cheese platters not replaced when empty to allow other guests to have more choice. Good prepared for the course I was there for was underwhelming to say the least.
The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. I stayed in a freshly refurbished room, which was very comfortable and spacious.

We had one of the refurbished rooms, the bed was lovely and comfortable, a coffee maker with teas and a small bottle of water, a nice seating area and air conditioning. The breakfast was excellent which was constantly refreshed.

United KingdomThe location is excellent. However, the hotel is having a complete refurb and is covered with scaffolding. The room was good but you couldn't open any windows and there was no desk to work. The lift carpet needs replacing as that is one of the first things you notice. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Although rooms have been redecorated the doors to the rooms bang when closed. They do not close slowly. The windows in our bedroom needed cleaning and the finish along the bathroom basin was in need of repair by the tap.

United KingdomThe telephone didn’t work in the room , there was no menu in the room or on the TV menu. The tissue box only had two tissues in it. The mini bar was empty. The lamp shades are made of wool - dust catches for people with allergies. The bar staff were friendly but need more training.
Great location/ nice room clean and modern nice shower room and soap. Bar area was large and lots of seating. Breakfast was really good fresh and clean lots of good choices.

United KingdomThe location of this hotel to the metro is just minutes making our travel to co op live very quick and easy. Reception was very happy to help us with directions and suppling us with a map. A truly enjoyable hotel to stay in, very clean and tidy and breakfast didn’t disappoint with a wide variety to choose from. We would definitely stay here again. Even with renovations happening in areas around the hotel currently, it did not effect our stay. Staff really couldn’t be more helpful.

United KingdomParking is extra and not cheap. there are other options though.
The hotel is currently being refurbished, having said that the new rooms are fantastic and excellent value. The staff were very helpful too. Despite the disruption the please was still very clean which must be difficult. Breakfast was excellent value and had a very wide choice so no need to go hungry. The builders were also very polite and even helped us when we had lost our way due to the construction work. Definitely will use again.
