Absolute gem of a place. Exceptionally clean and had everything you could need for your stay. Only a short walk into Keswick centre. Will definitely book again 😊

Cupboard over sink in shower room made it a Little awkward to use sink but not a big problem. Nothing else not to like.

Absolutely nothing.

Central location - less than 10 min walk to Keswick town centre. Our Studio - Catbells was fully equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. It had its own decked seating area with great views of 'Catbells' itself. Owners left tea/coffee/hot chocolate, milk & sugar. You're very much free to come & go as you please - owners are very unobtrusive.

We had no problems at all

We had a lovely week at Lynton Lodge. We came for the Keswick Convention, and the Lodge was less than five minutes walk away. We were very close to Keswick town centre and the shops and markets. The studio apartment was lovely - clean and serviceable, with enough wardrobe space for our clothes for the week. Internet access was good. The view at breakfast on the patio was wonderful: we had a field of sheep and the mountains just behind. It was beautiful Our hostess lived quite close by so it was easy to communicate with her, although we had no issues that needed resolving

One one night we did get noise from other parts of the building including a door that hadn't been closed somewhere in the property that banged quite a few times during the night.

Fantastic Overall Lovely friendly staff who facilitated our possible late arrival and checked everything was ok Very clean, loads of space, and everything well maintained. Lots of information including local walks was made available. Excellent View Very private Comfy Bed Brilliant, convenient and free parking

On site parking, friendly owners, large comfortable bed, little touches like milk, chocolates and flowers, well equipped kitchen facility, location, easy flat walk into town. We have stayed in Keswick countless times, and would certainly look to revisit Lynton Lodge.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Skiddaw - Lyton Lodge. It was a short distance to the town centre, and a great base for our stay in Keswick. Rich and Trish were lovely and very hospitable. They had thought of everything you could possibly need for a self-catered stay and even provided amenities including tea/coffee and milk. My partner is allergic to animals, so to find such a beautiful studio in a prime location with a no pet tolerance was amazing for us and is something that we don’t see often. We hope to return for a longer period next time, and will absolutely be recommended this studio to both friends and family :)

Nothing, it was perfect.

This is our second stay at the Lynton Lodge Studios, and it was perfect again. They're lovely studios, and it's great to have home comforts to come back to after a day on the fells rather than a B&B room. The location and contact from staff were great.

Only one tiny point I would mention - in the Skiddaw apartment, the bedside units were only little tiny heart shaped stools - it would have been brilliant if there could have been bigger units that were the height of the bed or more and include shelves or drawers so more storage for clothes, books, makeup bags etc

Lovely and quiet, very spacious accommodation, could be self sufficient in all weathers, free parking, provided with everything we could possibly need for a brilliant stay in the Lakes
