We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The change of ownership could have kept up the organisation better. We waited to retrieve our car from the garage but there was an issue with the room numbers linking to the cars. Easily rectified but frustrating to wait so long.

United KingdomHad to pay for parking which I thought was free. 10 pound a night. Shower had no power and the toilet didn't flush properly ( shower was warm though 😄) Key didn't open the hotel room door but they quickly fixed that.
The staff were so friendly. The hotel and room was clean. Comfy bed. Good value for money. Breakfast came quick and was lovley. Definitely a good place to stay for a couple nights.

United KingdomThat I booked a twin room through booking .com and when I spoke to the people at Lynton by phone was told we were in a twin room fid I want to change this I said no as we wanted two single beds they said that was fine but on arrival the room had a small double which was unbeatable so had to pay for another room had I not clarified the room with them then I would have not have been so cross which spoilt the start of the stay and my friend was very cold and could not get heater to work

United KingdomMy only grumble is that the heater in the room wasn't working, so when we got in early hours, it was quite cold in the room.
Lovely little hotel, staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast included in the price which was lovely and freshly cooked. They have on site parking which is hard to find in Blackpool and all rooms have own en suite. We will definitely be back.
