The room could do with a freshening up paint job,the bedroom was a bit dark.The window in room 101 was steamed up couldn't see through it.

Entertainment was good and smooth helpful check in.The guy on reception went all out to make sure my elderly mum was well looked after.

Hotel no fault at all just maybe in need of a little decor updating! Staff lovely and friendly. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Definitely go back and recommend it

Room could do with more sockets, especially at side of bed, where they were under telly my charger wouldnr fit..would been nice for 2 hand towels,like 2 bath towels. All round edge room lamp base dirty, dusty. Bathroom sink dirty underneath, white marks maybe toothpaste...

The lifts ,only one was working but the reception changed our room for us straight away as I have walking difficulties and put us near the lift that was working that was the only issue we had

The rooms were a bit dated but very clean and comfortable and a spacious family room, Plenty of choice for breakfast for myself and 3 grandchildren. The staff were very helpful and pleasant nothing was to much trouble for them. We all enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast options could have been better, they had a good cooked breakfast selection, made to order but continental choices were cereal and toast. They didn't appear to cater much to dietary needs, but then I didn't ask. Parking spaces were tight and had a double park system I've not seen before. If you struggle with stairs, then I'd avoid some of the stairs are steep, it's not a very accessible building (not that I needed it but I did see some older people struggle).

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and on site bar with varied entertainment. The bar was reasonably priced. Cooked breakfasts are made to order, so it's fresh. Room was comfortable and clean and had a good wardrobe space for those staying longer than one night. The lift was out of action when I stayed and I got a courtesy call the day before asking if I was OK with stairs and walking due to my room location. The stairs are narrow and some are a tad steep. It was a popular hotel on the seafront. It was easy to get to by car. Easy walking distance to the Tower, both peirs and the Pleasure Beach. I would stay there again.

The lift not working considering the amount of elderly guests. Breakfast was a bit cool it didn't help having the toast at the end of the hot food.
