Room 63 more like a cell, needs a bit of a spruce up, stuck in a lift , those lifts certainly need looking at

We booked an evening meal which was a mess to be honest.We asked where we had to sit but then we didn't know if it was self service or not.Sat there for a while no one came to us went get soup myself which means we missed out on the first course.As I got the soup I was told it was waiter service but I took it seeing as I had got it couldn't find any bread,We finished the soup sat there again no one came to us the people on the next table told a waiter for us that we hadn't ordered a main course yet so he took our order.That arrived we ate that again no one came to us to take our sweet order.We gave up so in the end we missed out on the starter the sweet and tea or coffee.We have stopped before but only bed and breakfast if we stop again we certainly won't book a dinner meal again

the food was a bit expensive. no bathroom supplies like soap or shampoo. the towels are not changed every day.

the staff were so lovely and welcoming. the location of the hotel was strategic, overlooking the sea. the restaurant and the bar were very nice full of energic vibes.

We had to pay for extra parking ,the lifts where not working my wife needs a walker annd we where on the second floor bedroom was small double no room to move , bed was very small

Room too small, for description. Room and Bed, Infested with Flying Bugs. Complimentary Tea tray, empty. No Complimentary Toileteries. Pillows too Flat, so much so, that we bought our own from the Town. Also, Room uncomfortably Warm, with no way to cool down.

The rooms were really warm all day and night. Could’ve done with air conditioning or a fan.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was nice and clean and right opposite the sea which was lovely. There was a good amount of parking available which is always a bonus. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again!

As people who have stayed here before know there are limited seats available in the main entertainment room available but there is also a second room were the acts are also usually on but the second room and bar wasnt open as it has been everytime weve been before which meant not everyone got too see the acts which is a shame plus the cueing time was at the bar was a little more than usuall

It's a little confusing to find the rooms as the room numbers do t follow on in order , and on getting out of a lift on a floor you can still find yourself going up some stairs along a corridor, down so e steps and back up some steps to get to your room

Hotels located on the seafront, as entertainment on every night , full English breakfast available at a charge , staff are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was superb, plenty of it and the restaurant manager Brian was very welcoming/ caring makes you feel at ease as were his staff in the restaurant, Nick the barman goes above & beyond a genuine likeable guy

Room without a view breakfast temperature was only warm and the bar prices are way to high can of pop 55p in shops 220 is a ridiculous mark up does not encourage people to stay in hotel

unable to get in the room with door key numerous attempts steps to front of hotel heating very selective not on through day but on at night when the room was very warm and cold in the day time

Our room had 2 single bed not a lot of room to manoeuvre around beds bathroom was awfull could hardly get in door du to it being small when sat on toilet my knees were tight up against the radiator 🫣
