Food was excellent all meals, Staff were excellent. Only disappointments were the room was down a steep stairway and the lift was out of order - My partner struggled badly ( she is partially disabled), loved the bar and the entertainment

Lift not working. Room was in basement with no outlook and no control for air conditioning. It was very hot and staff turned on air con and would not leave control. Had to look for staff at 11pm to have air con turned off

Corridors maze like. No heating in room but guess nobody’s staying in the winter. No hot water at the hand sink. (Ok in shower)

Bargain for the price, was just a quick overnight whilst travelling. Was expecting a single bed but was a double. Room and facilities dated but not tatty. Everything clean. Bedsheets towels etc v good quality. Staff lovely. Bonus sea view. Typical Blackpool old school hotel.

Having to pay to park the car on their property. Room was in basement downstairs and lift not working.

Entertainment was excellent. Breakfast was good but coffee wasn't so good.

Everything was great, really relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Staff were friendly and polite, and the break was a winner. I Stayed with my daughter. We were going to book an extra night but were too late as it had all sold out. It's not hard to see why. Thanks, it won't be the last time we visit there. :)

The room we stayed 86 was very dated, the shower handles was broken and there was empty toiletries in the bathroom. The room was very very warm and very noisy because the staff outside were doing the linen. The service in the dining room was very slow and people were moaning. We didn’t have a table ready on the day we arrived we had to wait and there was only 2 of us.

We have been there loads of times, great location clean.

The only thing we didn't like was the room was too hot and only had a small window but we did get a table fan which helped. The other small thing was the sink was hard to pass but we are big people so if we were a little smaller it would not have been a problem. Every other B&B in Blackpool we have been in the list for what is wrong was long. All in worth the money

The staff were great room was clean lots of entertainment singers, and bingo, was there as B&B but did buy an evening meal most nights. Breakfast was great good selection was the same each day but the food was hot and the good evening meal was different each night and of good quality. The bar staff were great they worked their socks off and nothing was too much trouble they certainly made the stay fantastic. We went with the view of the usual B&B or Hotels in Blackpool was over the moon and will go back. Keep up the good work guys

Smoking in the doorway. Everytime we entered or left there was people smoking in the doorway This needs to stop

My mistake for not reading up on the hotel first but the receptionist failed to inform us about entertainment. My friend and myself went out hoping to find some live music but when we couldn't we returned only to find it was already in the hotel.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, the food was good. The entertainment was enjoyable.

We booked a sea view double room which we got a bit on the small side but it was advised sml double room which was fine. All the staff were friendly helpful and we will definitely return . Food was brilliant

On booking .com checkout 11am That's why we booked .Following morning 10.10am Cleaner knocking on door asking when vacating as checkout 10.30. Just didn't have a nice attitude. And after a night out and coming back from breakfast it just rubbed us up wrong way.
