Rooms are a little tired and the lift only takes two,so at peak times you could have quite a wait if you can't manage stairs very well. Struggled getting in at 315am,front doors locked and we weren't told of the side entrance! Was just luck that someone coming back saw us and pointed it out !

Location and parking were great. Didn't get to simple the entertainment though. The safe in the room didn't work.

Tended to wait a while at evening meal - first course pretty quick, but then sat waiting for 20-25 mins to be served main course Arrived around 13:30 to check in, but room not available til 16:00

Everything you'd expect on a full English, plus cereal choices. Only gripe was the knives struggled cutting soft butter, let alone bacon and sausage

Minor things for me was I could have done with thicker pillows and the pillows in my opinion needed pillow protectors on the inside, the kettle in my room wasn't very clean so I didn't have a brew in my room and the shower cubicle was very small but I do understand given the size of the room that you can only put so much in there and fit so much in certain areas.

I liked the sea view room and the price I paid I was more than happy, breakfast was very nice as well and the staff were amazing and went above and beyond with any requests I had. For example I required a fan for my room as it was very hot and the receptionist got a clean fan for me to use in my room to keep me cool.

Breakfast arrangement seemed chaotic with what appeared to be not enough staff and significant customer demand. That said the food was good, the chef was friendly and helpful and our waiter did his best and was helpful despite being very busy.

Only thing was the bathroom was a little too small but we only stayed for one night so was bearable if staying for a longer time I'd get a bigger room for a bigger bathroom

Check in staff (foreign lady) very rude, arrogant and unwelcoming. Questioned even whether to stay due to her attitude and decided to go elsewhere for our second night. Food OK but Coffee at breakfast was too strong and undrinkable. Bathroom very narrow and shower extremely small. Not accessible for wheelchairs. Entertainment very loud/music old fashioned.

One of the better hotels in Blackpool. Nice room. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast. We were prewarned before our stay that the lift was broken and asked if this would affect us. Would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying here.. the entertainment is excellent, the food is very good, we had the evening meal and breakfast, good choices, and I’m a fussy eater.. All the staff are very helpful, nothing too much trouble.

The rooms, although quite comfy, didn't have a long mirror or any shelving in the shower to put your wash items. stairs were everywhere to get to breakfast down to the toilet in the bar in and out main entrance, so it was hard to see a lot of elderly struggling.

Great hotel offering parking and entertainment. The buffet breakfast in the morning was great with a good choice. The location is good near the central pier.

The receptionist on duty when we checked in on the Friday night 7th of June. She was very unhelpful in finding another room and said the hotel was fully booked.
