We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt would have been nice for the bed to be made and bins emptied. I know you can request this but ( and I don’t believe Covid restrictions etc should still be a reason not to) it would be a nice thing to have as a ‘standard’.
Breakfast was good quality and very nicely packaged The room was spacious and very nicely presented. The bed was very comfy. Loved the bathroom leading onto our own sun terrace. Having a safe was a good idea.

Very cosy hotel with nice views in center of town. Beautiful terrace where we enjoyed breakfast from basket with our friends.

Perfect location. Staff were very hands-off, which we like. Lovely, clean room. When we wanted the room cleaned, fresh towels etc, we just had to send a request via text. We were on the ground floor and had a small outside area to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

United KingdomI didn't see any staff that often. So I couldn't explain my unusual breakfast problems that I had because I needed to be down on the seafront by 7:30 in the morning to help with the exhibition.
I liked that you could walk beside the building and directly behind. There was a lovely park leading down onto the seafront. But if you walked the other way you had a co-op Tesco's and all of the fossil shops that you could dream of.

The guest house is ideally situated in Lyme Regis with easy access to local bars and restaurants. The quality of the continental breakfast (brought to our room) exceeded our expectations. The availability of filtered still and sparkling water 'on tap' was a real plus. The room was very comfortable.
