Getting into the facility was hard, I couldn't find the flat and had to ask multiple people including security for directions. There were many younger people using other rooms which made me uneasy as there was partying and a lot of mess left behind in the garden/smoking area.

The cinema in the bedroom, it was amazing, there were two TVs, one on the living room and the projector in the bedroom. All the facilities (especially laundry) were so convenient.

When I arrived at the property the code I was given was wrong as I think the cleaner forgot to change it, but this was sorted out quickly and I was given the right code when I sent a message on booking.com. Only other thing I would say is the projector fan was a bit noisy, but it's a minor complaint.

The customer service was always there when I needed, went out of their way to answer my queries. I thought the place was very well designed, especially the projector room, very nicely decorated just like the photo. Had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Zero communication from host, gave me a number if any problems phone was switched off. Had to divert all inquiries through customer service which was so time consuming and stressful. Cinema room was not connected and after several frustrating hours we were unable to use it. My 15 year old had been so looking forward to it. Clearer instructions needed. No information book in property either.

The accommodation itself was lovely. Everything was provided even dishwasher tabs everything needed to cook. Great location near shops 7 mins from University. Nice and cool in the heat. Even had a fan. ( hot summer) modern comfortable furniture. Very secure accommodation too.

The front door is quite heavy so you need to give it a good pull to open, or maybe I need to lift some weights lol

The projector was a nice touch. It was very clean and set up nicely when we arrived, just like the photos. The location is perfect and we could both park outside the entrance (we were two couples) The key pick up was a few minutes away and was very handy, we didn’t have a scheduled arrival time so that took the pressure off of meeting someone face to face to get the key. We all slept well, beds were comfy. The host was lovely and answered our message quickly. ohh and Costa a 2 minute walk away was a dream, we had our breakfast in the courtyard which was the perfect start to the day.

1- The location is pure central. Walking distance to everywhere. 2- The privacy. We were 2 couples and the rooms are totally independent. The sofa bed is huge! 3 the cinema room is definitely worth it !

The surrounding/ common area was unclean and unkept. Clear signs of urine on the floor. No control of access into the building so anyone can gain access. Apparently the host has no control over the common area and who gains access into the building, this is important to note so you're not shocked as I was unless you don't mind. Without being picky, room itself was ok, just wasn't comfortable with the surroundings considering I had family with me

it was not clean had to clean it myself.toilet was not flushed was dirty, bathroom not scrubbed,kitchen bin seemed not cleaned for a long while, dirty dishes and oven , bed wasnt done and overall place was not tidy and ready on arrival.

No instructions to watch terrestrial TV. No duvet for sofa bed, we found sheets. Had to buy a duvet! No handwash in the bathroom.

Misleading title as we expected the “loft” to be upstairs not in the basement. No mirror in the toilet and mirrors in general. Unclear information on how to enter the building and how to access the car park. Pillows were too shallow, no signal and not enough living room space and seating for 4 people.

Other apartments had people coming and going at all hours and constantly woke our kids up.

Kids loved the cinema room, the property was clean and had everything we needed. Central location, with everything you could need close by.
