We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAs your in the town don't expect it always to be as quiet as the countryside its the town centre. It isn't noisy as you are well back from the road so 99% of the time its very quiet.
The location was so close to the town the beach and everything we needed. shops were close by and offroad parking for 2 cars was ideal. The house is just perfect and had space for the 6 of us with outdoor BBQ and Hot Tub making a very relaxing area at night.

United KingdomEverything was lovely. Only one very small bit of feedback would be perhaps to have a couple of hooks in bathroom or bedrooms for towels. The property can sleep up to 8 people so potentially a lot of towels to find space for but that really is the only thing we can say and is very minor and wouldn’t deter from staying again!
Perfect location. Lovely double rooms in the property. We didn’t use the hot tub or log burner but lovely additions to the property should you want them during your stay.

United Kingdom4-poster bed mattress had uncomfortable springs. Very noisy Iceland staff. Spent one night on a refit with noise all night. Even during daytime lots of delivery vans were noisily loading up.

NetherlandsQuirky location behind Iceland shop. Some delivery noise in the mornings could disturb and trucks throughout the day.
Nice cottage, well appointed and decorated. Very conveniently located in Cromer with good access to shops, beach and restaurants. Lots of things to do around Cromer and North Norfolk. Host Kelsea was very helpful before and during stay. Ample parking for 2 large cars and our small trailer.

United KingdomThe central position of the house was great, easy access to shops and the beach. Unfortunately the house backed on to an Iceland shop and their yard, this could be quite noisy from about 6am every morning with large delivery trolleys being wheeled up and down the drive constantly. And delivery vans being loaded.
The house was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bottle of wine when we arrived was a lovely touch. Kelsea was a lovely host, very helpful, and answered any questions immediately.

United KingdomRose Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The town is 1 minute walk away with the beach just down the road. I would recommend The Red Lion pub/restaurant as food was excellent. We used the hot tub a few times and the space outside was just big enough for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitly visit this cottage again.
