All good, enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend and stay again.

Loved the position, very clean. Facilities were all there. Free parking space.( although space awkward as if you have a big car can be difficult for other cars to pass you. We had no issues though. We walked everywhere including up to Painshill Park. Although on a main road it was quiet in the evening.

Very minor, but it lacked a welcome pack. Some milk in the fridge would have been nice as we arrived late at night.

The apartment is in a great location. Private parking. Well appointed kitchen. Excellent wifi. Comfy bed. So nice I have booked another stay in a couple of months.

There was an issue with the actual address, position of lock box and parking place, we were told by the owner that it was 21b, in fact this apartment is owned by someone else , the lockbox is outside the door of 21b when it should be outside the door of 21a the actual rental property, the parking place was taken up by hairdressing cars.

The apartment was very nice, light and comfortable and position was excellent

This apartment is in a great location , setup as a BnB , opposite a premium supermarket and seconds from the high street - there is nothing to complain about. Thank you to the host for easy check in and a great stay. Will be back.

Really great little apartment in Cobham, just off the high street, 30 seconds walk to Waitrose for groceries or 45 seconds to a coffee shop or restaurant. The apartment is modern, clean, parking at the back and has enough towels, crockery, cutlery etc so you have to worry for nothing. Easy check-in, no drama host and a superb location.

It was so hot, thats the only thing, and it is on a noisy road but other than that great.

Some improvements which I've already advised the owner of - clearer identification of which carpark belongs to the property - shower head needing fixing - it kept falling down - clothes horse to dry clothes after using washing machine - no where to hang these up - a booklet to explain everything e.g we "found" the hair dryer at the bottom of a cupboard under a doona - would have been useful for a welcome booklet explaining how things worked, what was available etc.

Location was excellent and facilities were good Nice new apartment with clean carpet and good quality of facilities e.g. fridge, oven, washing machine etc

Front door lock was a bit temperamental. I could never get it to lock or unlock first time.

location was close to shops supermarket, fish and chips and pizza express. Quiet although on a road. I would stay here again.

Shower pressure was a little weak and the bed mattress was a little uncomfortable but nothing mattress couldn’t fix.

Love how clean it was on arrival. Loved how little things like dishwasher tablets/washing pods and powder/ salt and pepper were left. Great location and easy control of thermostat.

Poor communication with host. No WiFi as he uses a phone hotspot and it wasn't working. Despite reporting, he didn't answer or help after the first morning. Bathroom -toilet seat loose, shower head needs replacing as stuck on jet. No TV for whole stay Had to ask for more towels (only one bath, one hand for two people and rough as a Brillo pad)! Had to request wine glasses. Parking is only for a small car. We had a Ford Kuga and it was incredibly tight, with our bumper up against a drainpipe. Bed okay for a couple of nights but beginning to get back ache by third night.

Location was central to Cobham, but opposite a row of takeaways. Wouldn't be too pleasant in winter but luckily in summer a tree obscures the view!

Perfect location very close to shops and restaurants . The flat is very modern and fully equipped and very clean . The host provided complimentary tea and coffee through our the stay . It’s an amazing flat .

Difficulty getting in and out of front door. Very very steep staircase, not good for my knees, toilet that was continually flushing with a loose toilet seat. Shower that had a hose that leaked and went all over my face and into my eyes. It said luxury apartment I would call it basic, no toiletries. Old toothbrushes in the cupboard. Didn’t feel it had been properly cleaned. The furniture in the bedroom was awful, the draws kept getting stuck. No note to tell you how anything worked or to welcome you.

The location was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. It’s proximity to Waitrose, fridge/freezer useful.

The owner promised access to the key “the day before check in” but failed to provide it. He then said it was due to be provided an hour or so before check in thereby expecting us to drive to the property with no assurance on Christmas Eve that we would be able to get in. The owner had previously failed to confirm our planned check in time, failed to answer when asked when the key would be provided and then refused a refund.

Very clean Quiet but.plenty of local food eateries Plenty of towels.. Also shower gels and tea and coffee. Would stay again. VAT applicable stay so excellent saving.f9r businesses . Only negative is parking space is for no bigger than a mini Be mindful you may have to park loyally and respect other residents parking spaces .or they will block you in
