It stated a double bed, so double bedding was taken and it was a king size! Caravan felt dirty with stained carpets, lots of dust and cobwebs.

However the back bedroom and toilet smelt of sewage the whole weekend which was unpleasant and the tap in the kitchen constantly drips.

We like the caravan it's clean and tidy and in a good location.

Pur check in time was 16:00. We arrived 17:30pm and the cleaner just came to clean property. We lost time. The owner or cleaner even didnt apologies

No out door furniture, and we can’t locate the thermostat, there is no way to turn on the radiator at night when temperature drops suddenly.

It’s clean and there is 1.5 toilet, combi boiler equiped and water is hot.

The main bed mattress could have been more comfortable and the door leading into the caravan could do with a blind or curtain for extra privacy

When we came to make the bed. The pillows were stained one had a big blood stain on it. The cleaners would have seen it was alot. Also when sat on the main seating the board kept falling out. I did call the the telephone number who said they would come out the next day. We were only there for 2 nights.

Upon leaving the caravan and taking my pillow cases off the pillows in the main double bedroom I noticed massive blood stains on the other side of the pillow which made me and my partner feel a bit sick that we had been sleeping on them pillows for the past 2 days

We were only there for two nights there wasn't anything we could say we didn't like.

The grounds were lovely, I loved the lakes that were dotted around. The caravan was very nice. I loved the little extra personal touches! The shop had everything that you could need. The site is not far from the seafront. We had a pleasant walk to it. Staff were lovely. I would definitely go back again. Thank you!

The inside was a little scruffy as in dirty toilet with feaces in it, stains on carpet, pillow spelt and bedding was all screwed up not ironed. No curtain at the door when sleeping in the lounge was very private. The cooler knobs were broken

We arrived at 7 pm on the Friday after a 2 hour car journey The caravan was very dirty and needed a clean, so this is what we did. Then there was no gas it was completely empty, so no heating, we phoned the park maintenance and after the second phone call they finally came at 11pm. They said the gas was empty and was shocked, so they replaced the gas canstor. Both maintenance men confirmed this. So we could not leave to go pick up food from the supermarket to feed two children. Also, the bed mattress had staines all over, so we had to sleep on the sofas. Candle wax on the carpet and bin. Pans were greasy and dirty to cook with. We reported this to the company and asked for a refund of the first nights stay as a gesture after our bad experience. They then sent an email trying to charge us for a cleaning bill. Lol I would not recommend anybody staying at this caravan. We took photos, and what made us laugh the two maintenance men both said don't book through this company as it's not the best and use others on the site.

Location was great, one of the first vans on the site, everything worked and you will need for nothing. this is just a winter thing but it was muddy and the van had a cream carpet. All in all it was superb, clean tidy and very spacious.

The caravan was disgusting when we arrived. Very dirty, poo in the toilets, food on the cooker, rubbish outside the front door. It smelt really dirty and the sides were sticky etc. Also the sofa bed was broken so one of us had to sleep on the sofa and was very comfortable.

The location of the caravan was fab and the activities on site were good too.

on arrival glass broken marks on carpets we couldnt use day bed as front was broken with sharp screws on show we had baby with us so dangerous and shower broke so couldnt shower one evening as no body answered phone and didnt ring us back next morning to help us i had to ring back again even though i had left message very dissapointing wont go back again. it was sorted out for us the next day which was good especially with children.

Steps getting into the caravan were very slippery in the wet weather.
