I bought from reception entertainment passes for the venue,,,, lounge, swimming etc but not once was i asked for these. That is £68.00 I wasted. Please can I have my money back. I was not asked for them at swimming, arcades, restaurant or evening entertainment.... Why did reception take this money from me if they were not needed. How do I make a complaint....All doors were open to anyone who wanted to enter them at any time of the day... I bought 2 adult and 2 children

Lovely quiet site and where our caravan was close to the amenities but not noisy at all. Liked the infoor and outdoor swimming pool. good few other activities on site. Generally pleasant stay

Stain on the double bed but we just stripped the bed and popped them in the washing machine that is provided. No real problem.

Felt like an apartment. Heated up very quickly. We had two children, one of whom was 5 months old and was a great stay. We actually enquired to stay longer. Washing machine provided which was so handy.

The staff at the Seawick facilities were not nice and very young and not professional and sounded rude at some points but this is not related to the caravan itslef The caravan was clean and nice but only some smell from the toilet mild to be honest

The owner was really helpful, WIFI was great, instructions from the owner were really helpful and friendly written. Location is very good

Big TV, comfy couches Everything you needed central heated too Cooker hob fridge Washer Pet friendly which is a must for us as we have 2 dacshunds ,parking was great comfy double bed 2 singles for kids and sofa bed sleeps 2 as well Fully curtained windows lovely kitchen area ,shower was great 2 toilets a really nice caravan ,we didn't have any issues whatsoever and we also was greeted with a welcome message from owner who kindly told us how to find the van we stayed an extra night last minute lucky enough the extra day was available as this van is sold out generally all in all will deffo be coming back thought it was really really worth the money

The actual site sorry to say was a dump. The security was bad. Parts looked like it hadn't been updated since the 50s.

Just 2 things would have made our stay better- - it would have been good to know that the swimming pool was not included and you had to buy a pass for the weekend (£12) per person, which really made it not worth it for 1 swim. This was not clear from Booking.com that the pool was not included-should be marked as extra charge like other activities were. -it would be really helpful to have an oven glove and baking tray big enough for a pizza Otherwise a fab place to stay.

Lovely comfortable caravan, we liked the comfy sofas and big tv, nice relaxing space. Host was very accessible and replied quickly to any queries. Easy check in. Good location for Clacton, Colchester and Brightlingsea. Great stay!

no instructions for things like the heating. fire etc. Hallway lights not working maybe needs a doormat and coffee table. the left hand mattress on the double bed had an uncomfortable ridge.

Lovely caravan, clean, cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we messaged the owner and asked to stay on a little extra. We were fortunate to be able to enjoy a couple extra days at a good price. Owner easy to contact and very homely feel to this cosy van. Will look to stay again in the near future

What's not to like? Lovely caravan, close to everything we needed at an outstanding price.

Caravan is close to everything we needed, a very short walk to off-site entertainment, kids amusements, and the beach. There were some issues whilst in the caravan whoxhwe contacted Rachel about just to let her know, before we had even returned from going to the beach for the day she had sorted every single thing! Exceptional customer service and care for customers. We had a lovely family holiday, Thank you.

Excellent communication from the owner. Clear instructions on how to find the caravan. Very clean, very comfortable. Everything you need is in the van. Excellent WiFi, massive tv, plenty of hot water, bed and pillows nice and comfy, very quiet part of site, I was working nights and only had 1 day when I got woken up, this was due to the grass being mowed, not the owners fault! Overall I would recommend this place to everyone, I will definitely try and book here again when working in the area.

Cleanliness, faulty lights, no gas for living room fire, quality of bed linen, TV remote faulty. Didn't have time to complain and try to sort shortcomings, just got by.....

Everything that I needed was provided, plenty of space, a big TV, internet, and lots of games for children, carpark next to the caravan

Lovely place, dog friendly which is a big bonus for us. The place was spacious and I was able to put my dog cage in with a plant of space for my son to play.
