Couldn't find it walked around for like 30 mins ended up contacting the phone number given when booked.Had to pick the key up from a shop 7 minutes walk away and drop it off at the same shop when leaving. No hand soap in the bathrooms.Only x 3 towels allocated although x 4 people stopping. Had an iron but no ironing board ? No Tea towels to dry dishes

Could really do with being cleaner. The bathrooms were spotless with good towels. There were items in the bedside drawers (a cigarette stub that clearly wasn't tobacco) and under the bed. Dirty cutlery in the drawer, and we had to clean the frying pan before we could use it. Just that attention to detail. This would not stop us from staying again. You can't help how previous guests leave it but just need final checks at the cleaning stage

The location was perfect for us, with the recommended car park just opposite. £10 for 24 hours. Good instructions from the owner via text when we arrived in Manchester. Kindly let us check in 2 hours earlier. You do need google Maps to find the location of the shop to collect the key but not too far away, just a bit of a faff. About an 8-10 minute walk away. We needed the windows closed at night because of the trains, but there were fans provided. We all slept very well. Very quiet area with seating and gardens below, also a coffee shop. There's a good-sized co-op on the walk-up to the shop to collect the keys A photo of the outside of the building and entrance would've been helpful

Inpersonal service made it feel like a zombie hotel. The place to pick up and drop off the keys was a 10 minute walk from the flat which was incredibly inconvenient. The quality of the bedding, towels were really low given the price paid. I don't want to use a manky sponge to wash my dishes nor do I feel like rifling through almost empty bottles of bodywash left by previous guests.

The flat was modern and in a good location.

The apartment really needs a long mirror. Either on a wall or on the the back of a door, etc. Better lighting or a separate light up mirror ideally for us as we were a group of ladies wanting to do makeup, but the bathroom light wasn't quite bright enough So, taking a small light up mirror would be my recommendation

Not knowing Manchester it wasn’t easy to find. This was largely due to the extensive developments around so walking sat nav wasn’t good at picking it up- or where you needed to pick the key up.

The plates and glasses couldve been better cleaned as we had to clean them ourselves before using them. The week old out of date milk in the fridge was little disappointing when it came to making the morning coffee

The location was excellent as we was going to the AO arena for a concert so a quick 5 minute to venue and a bit longer for printworks and the arndale shopping centre.

The beds are extremely soft, to the point where you couldn’t spend more than one night comfortably sleeping… this place would be much improved if they invested in good quality mattresses. Also, the hairdryer is all but useless - again these are low cost investments that would make a massive difference

Nothing. It was absolutely perfect, especially for a last minute booking.

First and foremost, communication with the host was spot on, he called immediately right after placing the booking, as it was a last minute booking. Key collection procedure as nice and simple, car park is safe and in a perfect spot. Upon entering the apartment, very nice homely smell, absolutely clean and spotless, layout and everything else was perfect. Co-op right next for the apartment building also. The view from the living room is outstanding. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely come back here, the host was so helpful also.

The internal door latch, we put the chain on the door and couldn't figure out how to unlock it. Push the button next to the lock and it releases the lock.

We enjoyed our stay, the host was really helpful with all our queries. Cozy, clean and comfy. Had all the essentials. We will be staying again and was across from our business event which we later found out! The place is incredible and we will stay again!

Lovely, modern apartment. Had everything you would need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Manchester. It was an approximate 8 minute walk to the AO Arena, Victoria Station and for shopping in the city centre.

There was nothing we didn't like. All great.

Everything about the apartment exceeded expectations. Perfectly situated, we went to an event at the arena, 10 minute walk. 10 minute walk to city centre for food. Car park directly behind the apartment block. All ideal. The apartment itself is super clean and fitted out to a high standard throughout and well equipped with everything you would need. Although lots of building work in the area, you can completely lose yourself watching the world go by in the floor to ceiling window. The apartment block itself is very well kept aswell, all communal areas are immaculate. Highly recommended. Yes the key collection is a 10 minute walk from the apartment but very easy to find and all arranged very easily. I would perhaps recommend finding the car park and leaving the car there before walking to collect the key and vice versa on check out as the collection point is on a busy road where unless you have a passenger it could be a bit tricky to collect. But all in all a very pleasant experience.

Pictures don’t do the apartment justice. The entrance into the apartment is well secured and up to date decor. The apartment itself is spacious, tidy, modern. Has everything you need for a couple or a group (2 good sized double bedrooms). Perfect location & not loud on an evening.
