Lift not working, breakfast a little late in the morning for us (8:30 till 10:00)

A little rough and ready, lift not working this was real hard work getting cases to the room but other than that it was clean, cheep and ok for a nights stay

There have been some changes around the Reception area and very nice too but, requires some TLC to the rooms. This is only a slight negative possibly due to the number of guests using the hotel.

Ideally located for everything and pricewise as well. All the staff were always happy and very helpful, 'J' James is an exception went above and beyond, should be rewarded. Would recommend staying here. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Constant noise from the toilet but didn't bother complaining as I wasn't in the room very long. I'm sure I would have been moved if I'd asked

There's a lot of verbal information on check in which could have been on a card in the room, I ended up missing breakfast because I forgot the times. Also the card machine wasn't working so I needed to go and get the cash out which was inconvenient.

Brilliant location right next to Lime St, the inside is a bit dated but the room was clean and the staff were friendly. Shower worked fine and the bed was comfy and the place was quiet even though it was a Friday night so I had a good night's sleep.

Might be noisy, but they warn you at all the stages, I didn’t hear much of the street at night. Instant coffee, I mean please please spend some money to make fresh coffee for breakfast

The front view needs renovation. The front view gives the impression that the interior may look dilapidated. The doors leading to the various floors are so uncomfortable and old. The bathrooms make loud noises when you put on the lights.

Rooms can be hard to find if they aren’t in the main corridor, and the lift is still out of order.

Didn't include free toiletries such as shower gel - it's the little things that make it nicer. Heard traffic and noise during the night. Wasnt too loud but enough to wake me up.

Close to the train station and most things. The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. Great check in and out times.

The property wasn’t particularly clean, there were dead flies on the windowsill and someone’s medication on the chair. The breakfast wasn’t help yourself and I felt pressured and rushed into getting something quick rather than getting what I wanted. The shower was very poor, standing out in the rain may have been better.

The property is in a good location with a short walk into Liverpool city centre. It is also next to multiple car parks and a train station. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Bed, uncomfortable. Noise from guests in early hours, not hotels fault! Shower took a while for water to get hot.

It's not modern but I didn't expect it to be, and the lift wasn't working when I stayed
