We liked everything about this hotel.

The location of this hotel near the Earls Court Station is what initially made me select this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the manager made a point of connecting with the guests during breakfast to ensure our staff was going well. The breakfast had an ample selection of fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast, pastries, meats, cheese and salad. Coffee, tea, and juice were also readily available. There was also an option of hot breakfast for an extra fee. Our room was on the lower ground, which at first I was not too keen on, however, it was a positive experience, very quiet and allowed for a great nights sleep.

The location was excellent with the hotel begin situated on a quiet, well-kept street within easy walking distance to the tube station. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. the continental breakfast which we had each morning was beautifully laid out with many choices including proteins. When we discovered a small problem with our shower, the staff responded immediately and was very apologetic. Things were fixed within the hour.

It was all good nothing I didn't like

The location is a great base for getting to all places in London. The staff are friendly and helpful, the shower is brilliant plenty of hot water. Comfy bed and a quiet area.

Such a lovely friendly reception from all the staff at the hotel, very comfortable room and nourishing continental breakfast. Have stayed at this hotel previously and will always use it for future visits to London and recommend it to my family and friends

I had to wait a while to check in at reception due to the absence of a duty manager and the hair dryer exploded on me. Otherwise all perfect.

Good breakfast - I ordered bacon and eggs for an extra £6.50 and it was excellent. Friendly hotel run by Hong Kong Chinese which ticks all the boxes and is not as expensive as some. I shall definitely stay here again when I’m next in town.

All staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Clean sheets, nice towels and a quiet room all made for a great stay. A single room is very small but it worked. Location is fabulous and I felt very safe.

The door had a gap below which let some light in and noise insolation could be better.

Aircon had a fault which made it very noisy. Too hot when I turned it off. The iccupant in the room above mine was pacing around until 2am - noisy because of creaking floorboards. The end result of both of these points is that I didn't sleep much.

Good location, reasonable price and very friendly, competent reception staff. Good size room with decent bathroom.
