The rooms and surrounding corridors were in desperate need of a freshen up. Walls were dirty and carpets worse Definitely not worth what we paid for 3 double rooms

The lights, feels like a hospital ward, but ok, not the worst thing. Very little space to hang stuff, a few hooks on the wall and in the bathroom would be very helpful.

Clean, quiet, location. Good airco, good bed, shower tinny but water pressure super good. A hair dryer that actually has power enough to dry your hair. Room very small but still offers a Nespresso coffees machine, nice surprise

Our room was in the basement with poor ventilation and no view. The staircase to the room was narrow and it was very hard to bring our two lugagges down and into the room. When we arrived, the reeptionist gave us a card to the wrong room, which already had someone staying inside, which made us worried about the security as someone could potentially 'accidentally' access our room and our valuables too if given the wrong card.

The bed was comfortable and the toilet was modern. The staff at the reception were also very helpful when I needed to print some documents.

Not helpful staff. Failed to provide the mattress for the baby cot, receptionist didnt know that we have breakfast included, failed to order us a taxi to the train station.

Room unfortunately smelt strongly of smoke the first night - was a non smoking room. Room small (expected) however is also down a narrow stair case so would not be suitable for less mobile customers.

Great location, easy to get to near tube stations and Hyde park. Comfortable bed, clean room. Did watch interaction with reception staff and distressed (unrelated to appartments) customer that showed their empathy and care.

Noise from outside could be heard as well as that from above.

Good location, well priced (for London), quick check-in, comfortable bed, clean, bathroom was fine.

The first room was not what I expect for the price I paid. It appeared very run-down and dated (old). Second room was larger and a bit more comfortable. Except for being waken up by a maintenance person drilling outside my window at 7 AM or when I returned to my room and there was a latter on the door that the maintenance person left behind. I guess no one told them the room was occupied? Maybe you can understand my frustration. Lastly the hotel had me booked for one extra date through 5/31. I checked out to catch my flight on 5/30. No refund was offered.

The rooms were extremely thin - you can hear everything, footsteps, people having a shower, someone being sick returning from a night out, a couple were arguing very loudly for hours right next to reception and no staff intervened

Cramped , square footage as a room, low value, also it was rather cramped with the proximity of bathroom door to main bedroom door

Was given a basement room window overlooking a dead wall with sign or lights in the room, and no refrigerator.

Building could do with a little TLC e.g scuff marks on walls etc but nothing that impacted my stay.

Clean and comfortable bed, fresh towels each day and clean bathroom. Short walk to tube station.

The twin superior is quite a small room - was suitable for one night but probably would want a larger room for anything longer, location is ok it's about a 10 mins walk from Paddington station.

Friendly staff, great price, good facilities, tasty breakfast.

Room I stayed had stairs. Carpet is bit outdated Breakfast Room is quite basic and small

We booked Superiour room, and it turned out that we got a room in the basement without a proper window. Breakfast was not the best, there was a variety of foods, but it wasn’t tasty.

Location is fantastic, Hyde Park is nearby, it’s in the very center of the city. The street where the hotel is located is quiet and fancy. Staff was extremly nice and polite.

The Shower head was broken & the TV Remote did not work.

Breakfast restaurant room was too stuffy, needed some air circulation and open windows and doors.

Location was really good, only a few tube stops away from the key areas for our trip. Concierge were very attentive, helpful and well mannered.
