We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCould not find signage for the hotel at the terminal. Found a sign that pointed outside, so l followed that, but it led me to the back of the hotel and l had to walk all the way around. There are no power outlets near the bed for your phone.
The reception and bar area was spacious and stylish. It felt comfortable and the staff were courteous and friendly. The breakfast was lovely with a varied choice.

United States of AmericaThat said, the hotel is dated and in desperate need of redesign. Colors, fabrics, wood tone in room - all need some new investment and design. Would eliminate carpet in entire room. Then hallways and lobby need an overhaul. But if the rooms were upgraded - it would make such a difference.
Everything that is amazing about this hotel is the location. Location location - best spot to be close to the airport when you have quick turnaround or early flight…you can’t beat this hotel for its proximity to LHR! And it is clean!

United KingdomWe had two single beds which were comfortable enough but if you sat at the edge or or if you were not careful when you were gettimg into bed the beds will move away and you will end up on the floor. This is very dangerous especially for someone iike us in their eighties.

Rang hotel reception 3 times for directions and in sufficient directions given and using Cafe Nero as landmark should have been made clear there are two !! Room lacked correct basics. No hand wash and whstcsjouldvgavevbeen hand-wash was body lotion !
