Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe bathroom was dirty. The room was really cold at night and I couldn't workout the heating.
The location is perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is located right in buzzing centre of Woolwich, the room was quiet.

United Arab EmiratesI think due to how clean the room or the entire place is the cleaner refused to be meticulous in ensuring that my room floor was really dirty dues the colour of the floor, an over sight was not observed. Otherwise I really enjoyed my self compared to the amount of luxury and comfort the price was worth it I will be back soon
Meticulously put together, test of luxury in the fittings spacious very clean.befor I checked in I read others reviews 1.the heating is in perfect order, if you look around you will see a nob written honey well turn it clock wize and wait for the heating to oz out from the floor. 2.they complain of door not locking when you close the door push a bit forward and turn the luck. The only thing I found strange was the bathroom that is outside,is quite strange even though the bathroom was impeccably made.they complain of hot water it is hot when turn the nob on the desired temperature just be patient your hot water will come through.

United KingdomShared bathroom - but no-one else was using it so it was just the fact we had to walk across landing.
Good price for a spacious room. Staff were very friendly. It was a brilliant location for the O2. We were in bed within 30 minutes of leaving Madonna concert as most were travelling in the opposite direction.

United KingdomIt just has a plain hotel sign which could be any hotel. More accurate road description would be better. No one seem to have heard of the name. I would also have liked for the heating system to be more effective and not take so long to work.
I didn’t get breakfast for what I paid and had a shared bathroom (so maybe take note when booking) but I happened to be the only one so I had it to myself and even did a wash day for my hair. The location is also nice with lots of shopping centers around.

United KingdomTBH I never really saw the offer of a breakfast, the TV did not work well, poor signal and the shower room I could use had only cold water.
I loved the room I was in with the high ceiling and the external window - overlooking the square, I think. Really nice room and clean throughout. Reception took me to the room which was a surprise, but I was glad of it as I would have never found it!

The property was great based on location of on availability of buses and trains stations. Christine and the guys were very helpful.

New ZealandThe entrance is a bit hard to find. The building is a bit weird (doesn't feel like a hotel). The area isn't the nicest (but I assume you want to be staying in Woolwich if you're choosing this place, so it is good for that).
Quality of facilities in the room were great.

LatviaThe receptionist charged an additional 15 GBP for another set of bed linens for my 14-year-old child. It was hard to find the entrance to the accommodation. Had to call by phone to get in.
Overall good accommodation for a short trip. Nearby Elizabeth line solves the issue with getting to the Central London.

United States of AmericaHard to find hotel with given address. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable. Hallway was a maze. Drunk next door neighbor. Poor shower water. Cars can not access the road in front of hotel.
Underground stations nearby, can reach airport easily. Shared bathroom was big and clean. Good cafe next door. Market and convenient stores are close by.

United States of AmericaHard to find entrance to hotel on arrival due to 10 stores sharing a front. Room only had dormeur windows 8 feet above ground that couldn't be accesses. Blinds covering the window couldn't be operated as the remote malfunctioned. (Reception was informed, unfortunately didn't fix it). This made it difficult to air out the room on a summer day, especially after shower use. Bathroom is not well ventilated so all the steam ends up in the room. Given the room design and sun angle, room really needs AC.
Short distance to trains and tube. Easy access to supermarkets. Elevator works. Room was clean. High ceilings. Fan was operational with 3 settings. felt safe with 2 kids. Some great ethnic food options nearby.

United KingdomLooking forward enjoying a hot bath after a long journey but disappointed discovering the bath was out of order. It looked like a white coffin in the bathroom because it was covered & sealed over. Building site was very noisy during the day so difficult relaxing on arrival. City noise during early hours in the morning. Didn't sleep very well as a result. Knocking on door 2 mins past checkout time.
Location was excellent & situated directly opposite Woolwich tube station. Room was large & clean. Pleased it had a fridge, tea-making facilities & excellent storage space for luggage. Towels & bed linen were clean & double bed was comfortable. Remote control for adjusting the window blinds.
